POE went fine. I had an awful lot of hassle with fedex, bagage hub and over weight baggage with airlines. But immigration part was fine. My packages were damaged some of the things I was given when my nan passed away broke.. I have not heard anything from the company despite now emailing them twice. I also haven't been paid. We got married yesterday but will have a ceremony in October

POE in Chicago was fine. Had issues with baggage fees ($185) and delays due to the storm. Was delayed 4 hours and got home at 3am. But I am home and recovering from jet lag. We aren't starting the AOS stuff just yet as we have a lot to get done next week including getting my daughter fully enrolled in school, taking her to the dentist and unpacking.

My visa arrived yesterday. I'm poe chicago on july 13th. Very excited to finally go home to my man

just print the email on the website conformation page. That's all you get now. I took that it was fine. I didn't get packet 2 Ior 3. I didn't even receive an email. The only letter i got was from london with a copy of my approved petition.

I sent 8 photos, passport pages with stamps and copies of boarding passes. My rfe was for the explanation of how we met as my fiance didn't add the name of the site. They asked for tos proving it wasn't a marriage broker. London didn't want ro see anything but i took his boarding passes, trip tickets from when he came to visit etc. They never looked at them just asked questions.

Just waiting to find out when its being delivered. If its not delivered by weds and I'm busy on the day it is delivered, is it possible to rescedual delivery? When i got my daughters passport we could change the day by text. Is it the same?

My pc has been broken so its been really difficult to keep up. My interview is weds (today as its 12:40am here).

So glad you were all approved. I missed you Tricked, I was down yesterday lol. now counting down the days until my interview while emptying my empty looking apartment some more. It's going to be very empty after tomorrow as a lot of my furniture is going. Congrats to all the approvals

Mine took 6 days but i know another member on here just waited 2 weeks. They are probably taking longer now. I applied for mine in February and it's a considerable amount busier now.

Following a large amount of messages I've received about this i wanted to make a post. Knightsbridge have very recently changed the wording on the ds3025 form as a lot of people were complaining about the immigration box being ticked. Mine says 'this k nonimmigrant visa applicant did receive the required vaccines and th e us vaccination requirements are complete for this applicant.

Now i can't say for past applicants but that is what they are putting on there now. So hopefully this can help ease a few over stressed minds.

I wasn't as big of a fan of it in comparison to other Miyazaki films (and I think he actually fell asleep during it... but let's blame the jetlag ;p) It's still special to me because of that, though!

I have Totoro on dvd and all of the ghibli movies up until the most recent. We just watched this really tearful one about a young girl who made friends with this girl. I won't spoil it.

Just been printing copies of all my documents for the interview. I know I still have 4 weeks but I like to be organized with this type of thing. Besides knowing my luck my grandad will break the printer and then I will have to get it all done at the internet cafe like I did last time, lol.

Okay question for you. Did you get a letter of instruction from London? I'm trying to figure out if they are still sending those. The new instructions say something like when you are informed by the NVC that your petition has gone to the embassy, you may begin. The NVC does send a letter to the petitioner and I was wondering if London would still send the instruction letter to the beneficiary. Sounds like what you got. Yes?

I got a letter with my approved petition on yes. It had the whole I-129f with a stamp at the top saying it was approved. Then a letter saying that they had my case at London. I did rush though to my medical so I don't know if they still send packet 3 by post or not. I will let you know if they do. I then actually read the paperwork on my I-129f this morning and it does say that I'm good until August 17th or something like that. If I'd of read though it all I'd of been fine, but I was so tired when I got back from the medical that I should have set it down to read today, instead of when I was still tired.

Time for a rant! I booked an appointment at a well known national chain of chemists to get the MMR vaccine as my GP wasn't at all willing to give it to me, free or for payment (in fact they weren't even able to understand that it wasn't for holiday purposes but that's another story...).

So, I booked an appointment online, called the store a couple of days a go to make sure everything was ok and took time off work to attend the appointment. I get there today and I'm met with "Oh... the pharmacist is on holiday. Someone should have called you". Yeah well, nobody did!!

I'm getting fed up with this vaccination business now, it's proving to be a right old pain! Am I right in thinking I can get the MMR done at the medical, along with the Tdap I was going to get there anyway? I think there is some business about MMR being given in two shots a month apart, but Knightsbridge give you a waiver if you don't have time for shot number 2 before your interview?

Yes, it's fine. I got my MMR done there, I wasn't expecting it but my GP said I was up to date for my MMR and I wasn't. Knightsbridge were fine. I bet I know which pharmacy, I had my Tdap and my Hep B (for work) done there. I would name and shame them

They are very good at Knigtsbridge, if you are worried just call them and they will let you know.

You don't wait for an interveiw date you book it yourself, but my pc broke down and i don't have the links to hand.
