False. Not everyone has access to healthcare. And among healthcare there are tiers. Not all specialized treatment or diagnostics are available in rural areas.
Quality of care should not be determined upon your income status. Or the rich continue to keep living and the poor will die off.

It is like saying, if you dont have money, you don't deserve to live?

Your comparing consuming fast food to getting life-saving treatment?

I am glad you are not in charge of any policy making in this country.

    Terrible analogy.

Since your comments are devoid of rational and human empathy, and full of absolute misunderstanding of the health system, and health care, I am going to stop replying to your posts in this thread.

Folks- fast food is not comparable to health. Fast food healthcare is not medicaid. And healthcare is not a commodity. We do not trade life saving treatments.

This is necessary in any FDA approved trial. Sponsors have to agree medical bills of people participating in their trial who suffer from unexpected/unrevealed side effects.

Comparing types of car to treatment choices. Shaking my head at this.

There are very limited treatment choices. It's not like a fast food restaurant when you choose from the $1 menu or a la carte.
Most people don't have a choice of treatment. Treatment is based on risk and benefit, not how expensive or how fashionable it is.

US is not the world leader in either healthcare not healthcare research. In a truthful way, there is no world leader. Some countries lead in some specialities, and lack in some at the same time.

Prior to my studying and immigrating in the US, that was firmly my belief that it was number one in all healthcare related stuff.
Very disappointing to learn it is not since a considerable amount of money is spent on it. However, every system has it flaws and we need to figure out better solutions to make it affordable, accessible and current.

UK has has NHS. So much ground breaking medical research comes from UK. Getting research done in US is very very expensive at times (especially if it is in the hospital, clinical research). Sometimes our sponsors from outside US find it hard to sponsor research in US because of all the different healthcare costs we have. Ofcourse socializing medicine is not the complete answer to this, but we need to tamp down on the costs.

Also- US healthcare, especially hospitals are pretty much broke too. Anyone who does not pay, that deficit is basically passed on to other bill payers.
In that vein, If only the states could choose what state their federal tax dollars go to; the red states would be so much in trouble.

That is not a determination FDA can make.

FDA is government. You want government to interfere with drug pricing? What happened to your stance of supporting FREE CAPITAL?

So you want Government to regulate and set pricing and then you want to support Free Capital? Those are contradictory. Pick your side.

People AS OF NOW have the freedom to try medications, but they also have the freedom to sue the pharma company if the medicines they were on have severe unexpected side effects. Or get some sort of medical expenses covered caused by any side effects.

Dissent, criticism and inciting hate are three different things.
Scrutinizing a religion, or some points of the religion is not hate speech. Asking people to hate people of a particular religion is hate speech.

Its like comparing apples to oranges.

For example, is it "hate" if an art student draws Mohammed for an art project? No one terms this hate except extremists. Who then incite violence based on it.
Is it "hate" if a professor objects to the idea of cultural appropriation? This is dissent or disagreement, not hate.
Is it "hate" if a speaker argues against Black Lives Matter? Again dissent or disagreement, not hate. If the propagate and influence their students to hate on BLM or blacks purely on the basis of their race, that is hate.
Is it "hate" if a professor objects to the notion of a gender wage gap? Again dissent or disagreement, not hate. If they can explain why they object in a rational manner, without resorting to saying 'but WIMEN' then i would still say it is slightly sexist, but still not hate speech.

If I, as a liberal, can understand the difference between dissent, criticism and actual hate speech, why do so wrongly believe that other liberals cannot? Or if conservatives cannot?

Why are you so hellbent on proving that all liberals or the left HATE anyone who disagrees with what we believe in? Hate is a very strong word.
