There is so much incest in the media, especially the DC elite media.  I heard Frank Luntz talking about one of his stupid focus groups that watched both town halls yesterday.  These supposedly undecided voters cannot decided if they hate Trump’s personality worse or Biden’s new far left strategy.  Such a waste.

Hollywood likes to be beyond the rules the rest of us are supposed to follow. Thankfully they have the left to help them because they use their influence/power/money for overwhelmingly leftist politics.

It''s never really about the story,  it's about who believes the story. Getting Giuliani and all that group involved doesn't enhance the credibility. 

To anyone that cares about facts and not names, adding the word Giuliani won't matter. There are other stories that corroborate this.

I did a little reading. Seems this Qanon folks think Hollywood is infested with pedophiles. Why is that far fetched ?

Have you ever noticed how these extreme groups on the Left such as Antifa or BLM etc., get a pass from the media and elected Dems, but a Right leaning group like the Tea Party are labeled extremist.  I really don't know anything about Qanon other then they seem to be out there a bit, and they should be ignored.

Good try, but not signaling how virtuous they are by "disavowing" some irrelevant group of social media conspiracy theorists one has little knowledge of just because someone demanded they do. I think Trump is smart enough to know that even giving them what they want doesn't stop them from demanding it again over and over. And, of course, it does nothing. Hence "signaling".. there's nothing virtuous about it, which is why the left loves it.

Doesn't matter WHAT Murkowski does in regards to Barrett.  She's done in 2022.  I only wish I were able to have my vote against her counted. But alas, I shall be voting in a different state in 2022.

At least it saves Pence the trip, even though he might take it anyways. The only threats to this nomination were Tillis and Gardner (didn't need Romney/Collins/Murkowski to begin with) and we know they're both voting for ACB. There's little question she's getting seated.
 
So the thing with Murkowski and Collins is if they value their Senate careers, this is just posturing and not how they vote on the floor. I think it's more likely they'll do what Romney did, but Romney did what he did earlier because he's insulated against backlash from those outside the GOP. If Collins were to ignore ACB's qualifications and vote based effectively against ACB because "Trump"/"election", she's going to alienate her base. The people giving both Collins/Murkowski hell about the election year and 2016 are the ones not voting for them anyways. If Murkowski votes against, she will be primary'd in 2022 and I'd say stands a very good chance of getting dumped. Some old GOP NeverTrumpers don't mind if they've got a backup lined up. TDS is probably still very lucrative.

Perhaps you should look into the money set aside via the Cares ACT.  As I said above. 20% more money is paid for medicare patients who have covid than for those who do not.  That means that Aunt Annie, who needs hospital care for 3 days, but tests negative for covid (and is not on Medicare), has a 20% smaller bill than Grandma Gertrude (who IS on Medicare) who needs the same three days of treatment but she tested positive for covid.  Put both of them on a ventilator for three days, and Grandma Gertrude's bill will be about 3X as much.  
 
You can try and put whatever spin on it you choose, but the numbers are out there for the public to see.
 
And yes, I understand that caring for someone with covid is more labor-intensive than someone who doesn't have it.  But is it always 20% more?  (maybe that's just an average amount they came up with?)   But if someone comes in, gets tested and treated, is sent home, and later the test shows they have covid, 20% gets added to their bill, even if they quarantine at home (at least for medicare folk).  I have a neighbor who had a family member who was on the brink of death with Azlheimers back in April or so.  Said family member succumbed, but also had covid prior to death.  20% for care rendered even before the test was added to their bill.  (While I did not see the bill myself, my neighbor did, and I trust him to not make such up)
