My wife recently became a US Citizen and she has not yet reacquired her citizenship, she is due in April. We were wondering if she has not reacquired  her Filipino Citizenship by the time the baby is born, can our baby still acquire dual citizenship?

The questions before asks for date of marriage to my spouse therefore I guess at that point behind the system it will place a 1 in a box somewhere!

Include annulled marriages, marriages to other people, and marriages to the same person.

Well we did it online so maybe it entered the 0 Automatically if so that is really weird.

On the question how many times has your spouse been married, my wife answered 0 on the application, I have seen several posts online that the answer should be 1 since I'm married to her. Her interview is scheduled for next month, what should we do?

Hi my wife's interview is scheduled for October 9th so excited  

Checked case just now estimated completion time is now November 2019 from April 2020 😮

Biometrics is scheduled for July 22nd at 3pm. Get have fun finding a parking spot in Indianapolis again. Yay! haha

Just logged into the site and checked completion time is April 2020 we are planning to go to the Philippines at the end of May so Hopefully

She just filed her N 400 today 

Recieved approval letter today green card is on the way

Have something from the uscis in the mail today hope it's her green card

Yeah we were beginning to get worried because we have received a biometrics appointment either

My wife has her 2 year green card is she permitted to go to Canada and come back to the US

I paid the fee april 8th and still have not recieved the green card for my wife. Is this normal is there anyway to check this. On the USCIS website if i checked my case the last time it was updated was when the case was sent to the department of state. My wife is here so hopefully her green card is coming soon

My wife has already entered the United States and i just heard about the fee for the greencard her A number on her visa is only 8 digits on her visa is that the right number? and the case number is too long to enter on the uscis elis website i read somewhere to omit the 01 on the case number and add a 0 before the A number but idk if thats true.

My wife just took her visa to the CFO to get her sticker in Manila, and they said the packet is torn . She called the embassy and they said as long as its just the plastic its fine. anyone have any experience with this is it true?

Hello I just had my interview today and I was approved! They didn't ask for any additional documents from me. My final interview with the American consul took only 3 minutes, he didn't even asked for pictures together with my husband. Thank God! Thank you so much dwheels for helping us here and to all the members who helped me too from the beginning of our process. God bless us all.

The NVC made a typo on my wifes last name. Her interview is Feb 11th and she is afraid that they wont let her have the interview because of the typo. Will this actually be a problem?

What about when she goes to the medical exam with the interview letter would it be a problem there if its misspelled? her medical is next week
