    After the RFE, my wife's green card was approved on 4/10. 
     
    Strange after all the evidence we sent.. and then for RFE the only thing we sent was an affidavit and power of the attorney.

    aaaaand i lied.  just doublechecked. typed the number in wrong. final digit was 1 number off.

    Yeah, he needs you for the AOS ... he also needs you so he can remove the conditions on his 2 year conditional or he will be illegal.

    USCIS has always been pretty friendly when I've called.  I doubt you have much to worry about, but maybe calling just to check in could ease your mind.

    If you just have to be in the window and it'll be sent back if you send too early, why not just wait a little while?  You could wait 2 months and it's not going to change anything.

    Received my NOA 1, guess I should have waited until I checked my mail haha. Now that we received this, I am not too worried about the wait anymore.  My biggest worry is just if the biometrics appointments fall during one of our vacations we have planned this summer.
