After your 2 yr GC which is conditional you must file  a Removal of Conditions  ROC which is a 10 year GC. You must file a ROC or you will be out of status. ROC is much more involved than the AOS so start gathering your documents throughout the two years. FYI visit my January 2022 I-751 Filers and you'll get an idea what you are in for in two years from now. Also it's very the filing fee is going out soon, but nothing you can do about that.

Nice. Congratulations. Happy for you guys. We are hoping that we will get something soon. Still waiting on everything EAD, AP and GC. We are from Oregon so hopefully west coast will be better in next couple weeks.

Yeah. We didn’t expect everything will go so fast and she got chance to go in January for some trip. But after USCIS approval everything went super fast, you know that, but it is good. Rather to be on our side and not to wait on them.

So at my embassy you can't choose a date, they assign one to you, and yesterday evening I got my appointment, it's on feb 15th ahhh! this happened so fast! I was lucky that I still could get my medical appointment for tomorrow so everything worked out perfectly!!

At embassy. Over the night has been delivered, now waiting for P3. Should be by the end of the week, we hope so.
 
I have fulfilled DS-160 but still haven’t submitted because she is out of country and she will be back by the end of the week and then we are going to submit it. Most likely we will schedule interview for the last week of February.

As of now my package is at the Italy, about 12hrs from Sarajevo and it is about to leave the facility. Probably will be in embassy Tuesday and P3 instructions hopefully will be by the end of the week.

Same for me. Last week I called them and they confirmed they’ve got my package on 24th (NO2-11th) and just called them and they have my case and invoice number. Woohhoooo 🥳.

Just called the NVC today and they received our petition on January 19th! no case number yet but he said it shouldn't be much longer since they are working on cases received from January 11th! Our NOA2 was January 4th!

Hi there. Finally we made to NVC 🥳. Good luck to everyone and hopefully this stage will be in a reasonable timeframe. 

I’ve got response also on December 30. So maybe you are also super close to get NO2.

March 8th NOA1... and after over 10 months, 310 days.... we got APPROVED today (January 12th - NOA2)! 😭 Don't stop believing!
