FloridaMinsk got a reaction from Irisandjoel in November 2017 AOS Filers
Just got our RFE letter for additional tax information for affidavit of Support today. Sent all docs in 11/26.
They must be going after the income verifications hard.

Please show me where either of these EO's ban a religion.
There should be a regional ban. There are too many third world and backwards countries which do not have the ability to sufficiently vet their citizens. This has zero to do with religion.
Heck even qatar is being banned by Muslim countries who are at least trying. How bad must Qatar be..... that should be an easy ban for the US.

There will never be a time In American history that the U.K. Will be banned or restricted on travel/immigration to the US.
A lot of crazy cultures and regions to keep out or restrict. The U.K. Will never be in that group.
Best of luck

I'm way more worried about what's happening in Europe these days than Trump making some good decisions to protect the American people.

The only reason we need restrictions on immigration now is so we can sort out the 5 decades of illegals who have been stampeding over our southern border.
No one is against skilled workers or other legal immigrants. But there is a need to slow it down while we sort out the illegals.
So once again the good and decent people get the shaft while we cater to lawless scam artists.

Send them all back to where they came.
Either they are going to follow the law or they can take their lawless behavior back to where they came.
it baffles me why anyone has any sympathy for these people. Hard to respect or have sympathy for people who knowingly thwart the very laws that each of us here on this board follow to the letter. These illegals make it harder on those of us who do it legally. Because of the lawless illegals now legal immigrants will be cut down in future legislation. That's a shame that the good and decent people who follow the laws are punished because these people think they are above the law.

It is amazing.
I look forward to once Kelly gets his immigration judges on the border to process these people immediately.
Which coincidentally I believe aren't actual judges.... if I remember they are political appointees, which was a concern with obama and his lawlessness.
I am sure someone will correct me if I am mistaken on them being actual judges or not.

Its a joke.
Thankfully ICE is sweeping these people up now. And once Trump signs a new EO the suspension can go back In play... probably not affecting GC holders until the other plays out in court.

Marco, you have made some illogical and contradictory statements here.
You said 'useless in America' and 'makes more money in America than me.' So surely not useless.
You said 'technically completely uneducated,' when no one would draw that conclusion just because of lack of paperwork.
And, if she really wants, she can get her German high school records translated and correlated to USA diploma. Plus, if she really wants, she can take the GED exams.
But I would send her to college and eventually get MD degree so that she can support you in the manner to which you would like to become accustomed. :-)

Quite amazing that organizations in USA are set up to provide legal assistance to those who have knowingly broken the law . . . and continue to do so.
What other country would help continuing law breakers ??

Thats asinine. First off ... Pre natal care is not expensive. And the difference between defending a baby vs defending an adult is that the adult has an opportunity to defend themselves.
Pro abortion people think they can lessen the fact they are killing a baby by calling it a fetus or clump of cells.

I wouldn't expect you to understand free market principles since you are not from here.
Your way of thinking is what is hampering our nation today into debt. You somehow believe that no matter what people should be able to get any healthcare treatement they desire.
The problem is that this belief has no limits. You would have us paying for a poor persons state of the art cancer treatments into their 90's. While probably paying for their breast implants as well.
The ironic part to all this is that you are probably a "pro choice" supporter which hasn't met a baby they wouldn't kill especially minorities.

One thing I would love for the USA to change is for the FDA to allow drugs in the testing stage to be used at a severe discount or even free.
People should have the freedom to try medications even if there is a risk to using them.

I am all for the free market. I would prefer a no insurance system. Pay out of pocket for everything. Costs would drop and we could decide the quality of care For the cost we are willing to pay.
Healthcare is not a right. It's a commodity. We do ourselves all a disservice by treating a commodity as a right.

you are right that is one of the advantages of free market and america is the overmelming leader when it comes to medical reaserch and development.
just to be to take the funn position of the oposition i have this article for you though.
besides that asia is catching up in this field, there are broather more abstract fields of sience that are just as advanced in other countrys for instance kwantum mecanica at the large hedron collider in cern, and human genome researge done by sientists from all over the world but completed by england, that lays the ground work for countless medical developments mostly done in america

Don't worry, it just gets a little tiring sometimes listening to immigrants complaining about America or trying to change it to be like their country. This isn't a you in particular issue, but something that I've heard a lot of over the years on visajourney. I sometimes forget that people like you might not have a choice in where you live because of a military spouse or whatever. We had a choice, well a lot of choices actually, so we picked the country that we both agreed on was best. For the record, I wanted a different Scandinavian country, but my husband can't abide the Swedes silly Dane that he is.

Scary times indeed with all the current uncertainly of what may or may not soon befall us. My only recommendation to everyone not on the current list of banned countries, if you've been putting off applying for something, do it now. Procrastination time is over.
