Based on the spreadsheet, you should be hearing some kinda news about your application.....I'm on the edge of my seat here! 

Our journey is finally done.  Guess in many respects, all of us in this discussion were pioneers pursuing new law that was never available for other couples before us.  Hopefully, people in our situation will be able to review this thread and sustain the courage needed to follow their life dreams.  Hope all of you are doing well in your lives.  Since there hasn't been much activity on this forum, I imagine everyone has completed their journeys. We had an issue with my husband's card. It had the wrong since date too. It caused us to apply for ROC too soon. They told us that the date was wrong and to apply for replacement. At that time it was taking 12 to 14 months. By the time they reviewed it and made a decision, the correct date for ROC had come and they denied the correction as it would have been an expired card anyway. I believe the 12 - 14 months is still the current processing time but at least your card is not expired like my husband's card was.

Prystine's case was transferred to Potomac also. Her was approved without interview within one month. Hope this will be the same for us all.

I use the first 6 digits then add 4 random number after that to track update on the  Case Tracker app.
Ex. my number is EAC181935**** if you take that number and add 4 random let say EAC1819351200  then I can track case around my number up to 500  on case tracker app.

lol, just got another notice that they took action so logged in and they updated it that they approved our petition yesterday 04/17/19. Me thinks whoever is doing the updates forgot to do that one before the card is being produced one. IDK what is going on with the website updates but they are definitely out of order lol.

Holy Cows, we just got an email notice that they just took action on our case so I logged into my uscis account an It says new card is being produced, I can't believe it OMG, This means interview waived as well, woohoo!!!!!

Yes, all your thoughts are correct. You are signing in Part 7 and your husband in Part 8.

It is a toss up - I have read that some people had their I751 and N400 interviews combined and then others had their I751 interview and were then asked to wait for N400 processing. I'll go ahead and file for N400 when the 90 day period opens up next June - my local office which is San Antonio is taking 4 months to process N400's so I might get lucky with a combined interview.

I did not get to edit this properly so here is my corrected post. I misread some posts as coming from one member versus another and have restated my post to refer to the proper posts. Sorry for any confusion in the prior post.

This article is about a chage to policy in regards to who can be issued an NAT (Notice to Appear) which is the start of removal proceedings. This policy just changed 28 Jun 2018. There is a link in the article that will take you to the actual policy memorandum (pm). So the article did provide more substantive inormation then you seem to realize. Before you dismiss the article, you should read the pm. It is very telling who can possibly fall into this category.

There is a link in the article that will take you to the actual policy memorandum (pm). The article does provide more substantive inormation then you seem to intimate. I know that you referred to the USCIS statement but did you read the actual pm which is also linked in the statement you mention? Summaries do not always list the greatest of detail. It might surprise you who falls into these new catagories added in the pm.

Let's hope that we all are diligent in our application process to avoid these removal proceddings. We must be super focused on providing all the necessary documents in a timely manner. In this way we can avoid any of this possible removal proceedings. By the way, the article has a link that lets you read the entire policy memorandum (pm) about which it speaks. The one part that offends me is that here in this country we believe innocent until proven guilty but this pm allows for issuing Notice to Appear (NAT) even when someone has only been charged. I hope that none of us have to face this. Be vigilent, focused, and collect all the documents that you can to show your case to be a true and proper case. Have it all available at  any interview, whether you think it necessary or not, so that you can produce it at any request. This is our best defense against these possible processes. Welcome. It was no problem. If I had known how to set it up with the formatting you used I would have. I just found the template and used it. I like it the way you set it up. It was an easy fix.

Got 18 months extension letter with the NOA

As noted, K-3 is obsolete. it was common back when a CR-1/IR-1 was taking multiple years to process.
 
A K-3 requires an I-130 then an I-129F. USCIS policy is adjudicate both at the same time. If the I-130 is approved sooner, the I-129F is denied due to another benefit being obtained already.
NVC policy is that if an I-129F arrives at the same time or after a corresponding I-130, then the I-129F is administratively closed.
These policies combined mean almost every K-3 visa process stops here, and the I-130 remains open for a CR-1/IR-1 visa to continue through NVC and embassy processing.
 
If the I-129F somehow makes it past NVC and to the consulate, I'd point out that only 29 K-3s were issued last fiscal year (compared to over 100,000 CR-1/IR-1s), with a 58% overall refusal rate. These numbers are after 221(g)s are considered, inadmissibilities waived, etc. The initial refusal rate is considerably higher.
