Hey guys, my wife had her interview on the 4th, the interview went well and she was in the room for no more than 5-6 minutes as I waited outside. The co told us our only issue was with our marriage certificate. The buku nikah they issue for Muslim weddings are in both English and Indonesian but the information wasn't in English (duhhh) the good thing was the co said we could just get it translated and send it out to them by email by the next day Thursday. I'm happy to say after looking at the ceac website our visa status has went from AP to Issued and now are just waiting to pick up my wife's passport from the rpx drop off location. It was a tense last few days but I'm glad that everything went well and my wife and I can go back to Seattle together next week and we just enjoy the rest of our vacation here thanks to all the vjers its been a long time coming for myself and my wife, hoping everyone gets their approvals soon and will be able to spend the holidays with their loved ones!

Hi just wanna ask both birth certificate of the couple should be submitted? Im scared that i didnt submit my husband's cert.

Who is the beneficiary? Your husband or you? Beneficiary should bring original birth cert to interview. Just bring copy of the petitioners (US Citizen) birth cert to interview in case they ask. For NVC, you don't have to submit petitioner's birth cert.

Hi everyone. I Submitted my Ds360 November 2nd. And yesterday got the cover letter from NVeveAnd also the confirmation page in PDF saying DS260 has been sent for review. It also says allow up to 30 days for review. We have not sent supporting and financial documents yet. Will they still review my Ds260? Or do i start to count 30 days, the day they receive my supporting documents? Im confused.

We are moving slow. But we know Gods plan is perfect.

Praise be to God. My wife's interview was a success today. Our nine months journey had a successful ending and for that we five God all the Glory. God is great. To all my fellow February fillers who are still awaiting, trust in God that you too will have a successful ending to your journey . God has not forgotten about your cases , He will perfect all that concern your individual cases. Hang in there and keep believing and keep trusting. All is well.

Just got done with my interview in Islamabad. Everything went well by grace of God Asked very few simple questions:

1. Is it first marriage for both of you? I said yes

2. What does your husband do?

3. Was it arranged or love?

4. When did he visit last time?

Didn't ask for any additional documents whatsoever...very smooth and quick process it was for me and my husband Alhamdulillah

I'm super excited now... Just check the ceac site this morning and saw the 3 N/A and then I called NVC after today's work and I was told case completed on October 30th. Oh thank you Jesus Christ for this great news... Please does any one know when I will be scheduled for interview and should I just wait or keep calling NVC till I get my interview scheduled... Thanks all february fliers for your prayers and support, you are the best.

Congratulations on your CC! For interview date, it all depends on your country. One can be scheduled fast and other takes a long time. My husband called NVC a week after CC and I got scheduled right away since Jakarta USEM is not too busy.

I had my interview today and they hadn't received my medical yet. They said that it should be there in a couple of days and all I have to do is sit back and relax and wait for my visa to be printed and my passport to be mailed to me within ten days. So I guess I'm approved?! Should I update my timeline?! ????

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

I think I don't have them. I know I have the one from my country but I lost my record sheet.

May God grant all the February filers visa approvals in the month of November. The February filers that are still waiting for their CCs nay God grant them victory.

Got my passport and visa already. Took two days only after interview. Thank God! Now I can relax a bit and prepare for my traveling next month

Wow, good for you! Do you need to pick up your passport or do they deliver it to you?

Somehow I think that if I am approved, it won't be this fast. The last person who got approved in Rio got their passport only 11 days later! I need to go back to work in Turkey as soon as I get my passport because they said they will try to transfer me to the US (I actually got the courage to tell them I was quitting last week).

It will be mailed to me. Jakarta USEM does work really fast, not only immigrant visas but with non-immigrant visas too. But anyway, the CO said the latest I would get my passport is Monday. Just wanna get the visa in hand cause before Tuesday cause I will go out of town to visit relatives before I leave.

Hi everyone. We paid the fees and they ate still in process. Today is the third day since we paid it. Does the IV fee has to show as paid before filing DS260? I just don't want to click anything in the ceac website because im afraid I will mess up. It shows at NOT STARTED.

Yes it has to show as paid. Then after that NVC will process your case and open IV application/DS-260 for you to fill out. Call NVC and ask them why yours is still saying in process when you have paid it 3 days ago. Good luck!

I will fly back on Nov 25 from here and arrive there on Nov 26 morning (Thanksgiving day). Hubby will pick me up at the airport. It will be a day full of gratefulness for us. Lot of things to be thankful for
