  1. Why would you throw away a part of the ticket?

What's wrong with buying a return ticket, arriving in one state and flying out from another, as close to the date you think you will fly back as possible? If you need to change the return date then do that, will surely be cheaper than buying another one way ticket.

You are making a very simple and easy thing way more complicated than it needs to be.

  2. Why would you apply for a student visa? Why do you want to study there as you don't seem to be currently studying in Turkey?

And you already said you want to go as a tourist.

Stop changing your ideas just to find a way to enter the US.

My advice would be to find a full time job and strengthen your ties to Turkey.

  3. From your posts its clear to see your English is fine.

You are suspicious because you keep coming up with new ideas, anything to go to the US.

If you want to apply then do it. I wouldn't put your hopes up as we can see straight through you and the CO will too.

  4. Why do you keep making so many different topics?

No idea what ESL is but what happened to your photography course?

What's so important about this course that you can't do it in Russia?

And you want to take your child with you?

You sound really really desperate to go to the US to see this 'friend' of yours.

Hopefully and probably the CO will see this too.

  5. Why did you buy a ticket before having the visa?

At the interview he will find out if he needs a waiver of ineligibility.

If he needs a waiver you will be lucky to get it in 6 months let alone 6 weeks, currently taking about 8 months.

  6. There is no physical i94, it is done electronically. She will receive a stamp in her passport showing her allowed length of stay. You can check this online too.

At the POE they will usually ask why she is visiting, how long she is planning to stay, does she have return ticket, who is she staying with, what relationship are they, how they know each other etc, what job she does in her home country, does she have enough funds, anything really.

Depends on the CBP person you get..they may just ask 2 questions and thats it.

Good idea to bring print out of return ticket, as well as any documents she took to the interview, with her, at least for the first time entry.

  7. Why are you talking to a lawyer about a tourist visa?

And no a Schengen visa is not a guarantee of being granted a B2 visa, nor is it a requirement.

All it does is show you (may) have travelled to other countries and returned, which can help in your application, but there are other factors they take into consideration not just previous travel.

  8. 1. B1 is for business, B2 is for tourism. Chances are 50/50, approve or deny.

1.5 His main tie seems to be his job, so letter from his employer stating when he is due back to work, contract, few payslips. Visa stamps to previous travelled countries. Letter from YOUR parents is pointless; shows no ties for him to Morocco.

Bare in mind the documents probably wont even be looked at. The decision will mostly be made by the answers on the apolication and those given to the CO at the interview.

    2. Stop worrying, there is nothing illegal or wrong about marrying on the B2 then going back to your country. The problem is when you plan to get married and stay to adjust status.

Let us know how it goes.
