you need a good lawyer to ask all those questions. They know if your parents are eligible. I guess not, neither your mother, because she is practicing polygamy too. But I am not a lawyer. So only a lawyer will tell you how to fix it if it is not acceptable for the US immigration law. Please come back and share your experience here.

It's amazing how quickly this entertaining thread devolved into shaming women for not being the proper weight and not adhering to people's ideals of beauty. To the people slamming Nicole for her weight - just stop. Seriously. To the people slamming Anfisa for her looks - she is 20! Do you know how heartbreaking it is for a 20yr old to be so upset by how she looks that she went through all that plastic surgery? This is not someone to be mocked, but someone who I hope finds therapy. Yes, she is likely gold digging - but that is no cause to berate her because she isn't as pretty as she should be. Shared custody could work, but if that was mentioned, I didn't see it. The issues of importance are the overstay, and the need for the out of state custodial parent's cooperation. Attorney time.

I would highly recommend a consultation with a competent immigration attorney with family immigration experience before filing for step children who have overstayed. Had your spouse overstayed, the overstay would be forgiven. His children, not in his custody could be another matter altogether. Regardless, you could not be successful with the children without the custodial parent's cooperation. They need medical exams and interviews.

On the other side of the coin, if you want you can file case for his infidelity, spousal abuse & possibly economic fraud. I don't think in this case the Statute of limitations must be over yet. So you must still be able to have him a go through the prosecution process. Police or Lawyer will be able to help you. But you can contact USCIS too, see what they can do now that you had voluntarily removed the 2 year conditions when he must have got the 10 year green card. The abuse & infidelity case will affect his naturalization case, and if he is seeking any immigration benefit for the other woman. Please keep the children out of it, and don't abuse them even in XXXXXX. Children are god's own image and they are not the one involved in any wrongdoing here.

The US Immigration law still allows to reside abroad with your US citizen spouse if he is engaged in a qualified employment overseas and you are entitled to follow him. In this case you don't lose your residence.

This is probably the most insensitive VJ post I have ever seen. It is none of the governments business how they spend their money. IF my wife worked outside the home (and she doesn't), she could send whatever she wants back to the Philippines. When you marry a filipina, it is no longer HER FAMILY, it is YOUR FAMILY. Anyone who married a filipina better understand their responsibilities to their extended family. No, not eveyone sends money home, but if her husband has no problem with her sending her entire paycheck back home, the government damn sure shouldn't be involved. We are good friends with a filipno american couple who have lived here in excess of 30 years. They have two daughters and one son, all college graduates and now parents. The lady, worked almost all of that time for the US Government and sent virtually 100% of that salary home to her family. They are now retired and have a nice place in Florida, and she still sends money home. She is one of the best mother's I have ever seen, and totally devoted to her family, YET, by your standards, she is a gold digger. I personally didn't marry a filipina to turn her into a western, (everything is mine type of person). Heck, this was even briefed to me by the US Embassy personnel in Manila when I got my Legal Capacity to Marry document. The lady asked me if I knew that I was actually getting an extended family with unspoken responsibilities to them. Never used that document as we went K1 instead, but the message stuck with me.

Go to edit at the top of your pdf you're filling out where all the tools are listed then
go to preferences. A window will pop up,
find JavaScript on the list at the left side
remove the tick from "enable Acrobat JavaScript''
Don't forget to press OK. Now it should work

what kind of instruction did you read? What year? I assume that instruction is outdated by now. As long as I am reading the updated i-864 instruction It doesn't instruct to '' leave the space blank"....
