I read a lot of threads on here and, sometimes, I click on people's timelines just to see where they are in their journey, to try and make a bit more sense of their question etc.
I really need to stop doing this.
9 times out of 10 it turns out to be a CSC filer. I've just clicked on one and it says "your I129f was approved in 23 days. 23 DAYS? Are you kidding me?!

It's worse than that though. Yes, I get annoyed when I see CSC filers say "it's been 8 weeks :(" but what's really annoying is when you see people who filed at TSC AFTER you already at the interview stage. We filed in December, it's been 4 months and 1 week now since our NOA1. Yet I've seen a case on here where someone (from the UK) filed in January and was approved 6 weeks later!
It's not that I begrudge anyone a fast approval, that's fantastic, I just wish the system was fair! TSC employees shouldn't be allowed to pick up, for example, a January petition until all Decembers have been sorted.
    Meh.

How long's a piece of string? It depends when they actually put it in the mail. Anything from a couple of a days to a couple of weeks would be my guess.
Try not to freak, I'm sure it's something simple (or something they've lost). Just give them whatever they need - at least someone's looking at your file, this is good news! Some of us haven't heard anything for 6 months now...

One of the requirements for filing the I129F is that you've met up in the 2 years previous. As this has now passed you'll have to meet up again (and keep lots of proof) in order to refile.

The only exceptions to meeting up are extreme hardship (for the US citizen) or cultural issues. It would be much easier to simply meet up again.

Have you met your fiance in person over the last 2 years? If so then you'll be fine to refile, it doesn't matter when you got engaged as long as you've met up.

I guarantee all these march april and may filers that are crying about the predicted wait time and messaging their senators has slowed down the process for the people who waited patiently..
I ripped into them on a couple threads about how A.) stop pretending that they are writing their senators to change the system when they really just want a fast approval for themselves. B.) that they are being a little inconsiderate because it causes the USCIS to bump their cases up above the people that have waited and C.) that they are being ridiculously impatient waiting 2 or 3 weeks then writing a senator about their case
No ones petition is lost. They have all your petitions guys and I can honestly say that they will be approving them soon. I remember waiting at that last part before we got approved and I was going crazy. When we finally got the notice of approval email and text I didn't believe it at first. Just hang in there and if you have any questions please feel free to PM me!
    sending you guys good vibes)))

As others have already said, SRC is the Texas Service Center. Why did you believe it was transferred to Vermont? Why did you believe it was at the National Benefits Center to begin with? The NBC is not where I-129F petitions are mailed or processed. They are mailed to the Dallas Lockbox intake facility. From there, they are routed to either the CSC or the TSC. A transfer happens from one service center to another. If a case is actually transferred, a notice is sent that lets you know your case was transferred to whichever center it was sent to. If you never get a transfer notice, then it has not been transferred. The receipt notice from filing the I-129F will have the receipt number on it and the service center and address listed at the bottom.
Have the USC petitioner call to check on the case status and at least put in a service request for being past the average processing time of 5 months.

    1. Denial and Isolation: Is this really going to take long? La la la la la lala not listening, thinking happy and positive thoughts, this won't take forever!
    2. Anger: WHY THE [censored] IS THIS TAKING SO [censored] LONG!? [censored][censored][censored] and [censored]!
    3. Bargaining: Why can we ship off some petitions to CSC to balance the workload? Isn't there something we could do to get them to go faster??
    4. Depression: [censored] this, I don't even want to get out of bed. [censored] checking the status updates or the mailbox, [censored] CSC, especially [censored] TSC, [censored] everybody.
    5. Acceptance: Whether I like it or not this is going to at LEAST take the whole 5 months. Balls.

I guess I don't understand what you are asking. Yes you will have the medical before you attend the interview. I don't see a discrepancy.
By the way, the document you are reading is for spouse visas. The fiancé visa document is IV-19 http://photos.state.gov/libraries/unitedkingdom/164203/cons-visa/IV019_fiance_appt_letter.pdf
You had your medical Monday. Results will get to the embassy Thurs or Friday. They will maybe get around to assigning your interview by the end of next week or the following. Just guessing, your interview might be expected around July 11 and visa back by 21 July. Total complete guess on averages. Everybody is different. If it is faster, lucky you.

CSC. That's nice, but the OP asked about TSC fast approvals. Trying to avoid possible false hope for the OP's sake but CSC and TSC are not even on the same page...not even remotely close. Although Philippines may still be getting expedited, the expectation for TSC should be 5 months. Not trying to rain on anyone's parade but the facts are what they are. Good luck OP and congrats Haitra.

Respectfully, you're not "stuck at TSC", you are one month into a process with a current stated processing time of 5 months.
It may not hurt you any, but surely you have enough awareness outside yourself to realize that this is not only tying up the valuable time of a congressional staffer but also of the department at USCIS that deals with congressional enquiries.
The waiting is awful, sure. Most of us here have been through it and survived it. But attempting to circumvent that by involving a senator just over a month from filing... are you kidding me?
I am not at all of the school of thought that says "I waited 6 months and therefore so should you", but I strongly suggest you figure out a better way to deal with the times in this process that you have to wait patiently, because there are a hell of a lot of them. Wasting the time of senior elected officials for a matter as trivial as this is absolutely beyond ridiculous.

No. This is exactly what I mean!
EVERYONE submits their petition to the Dallas Lockbox. It's then sent to either Texas Service Centre or the California Service Centre.
What a lot of people on here have been doing is putting that they're at Texas simply because they submitted their application to Dallas and then recording it as a transfer when their NOA1 says California.
But yes, with an SRC receipt number, you're definitely being processed by Texas.

To be fair, the problem is new users not understanding the difference between the Dallas Lockbox and the Texas Service Centre and incorrectly completing their timelines accordingly...

Writing a Senator isn't going to change the system, it is only going to get your petition pushed up above everyone else's if you're lucky.
If you guys really want to make a change then you need to start a petition and everyone electronically sign it, write the head of the TSC with your complaints.
Just calling it how I see it, having people write sob story letters to a Senator is not going to change the TSC processing times for "the masses".
I am not saying everyone should wait the same amount of time that I did or anyone else for that matter but 2 weeks after you sent your petition in and already frantically posting about how to get approved ASAP is a little too much.
Change.org go there and create an electronic petition and have every little VJ person sign it. Everyone send a letter to the head of TSC. If you guys really want "change" then start changing your approach to this thing and covering up your attempts of getting early approvals as trying to help "the people".
I don't mean to sound rude, really I don't and if I offend anyone then I apologize. Good luck!)
