  1. As @Crazy Cat suggested, print out a copy of the notice and show up. You can claim whatever, but usually they will accommodate you as biometrics literally take 5-10 minutes. Good Luck!
  2. Which field office? Sometimes you can do a walk-in or at least you used to be able to do that. Good Luck!
  3. Repeated for emphasis, AOS is not an option as they are not currently inside the US. How would they answer the question of the CBP officer as to the purpose of their trip? I would change the trip schedule and attend the interview. Good Luck!
  4. It could as if you are living in a different USCIS district, and you application is routed to the field office based on your previous address, I can cause delays, or other inconveniences such as being called for an interview in a different part of the country from where you are currently living.
  5. You need to inform USCIS via the AR11 of any address change. There is no fee for this notification and it can be done online. Also, yes, it may impact your I751 as if you are called for an interview, USCIS needs to know which field office to route your petition. Good Luck!
  6. OK, here is a test (honor code in force, no searching ). What was the second national park designated within the US? A hint, it is no longer a national park.
  7. I am confused, does the N400 NOA now provide GC extension? Regardless, you are in a tough situation, and first and foremost you need to make sure to keep yourself safe along with all your important documents. Your wife cannot withdraw the I751 as this is your petition, and you can change it to a divorce waiver, so make sure you keep all evidence of the abuse along with the police report(s) and court records that you mentioned. If you filed the N400 based on the 3yr rule, withdraw it as you cannot pursue that option with a divorce. If it is based on the 5yr rule, you can still pursue it. Get yourself a divorce lawyer to deal with the divorce and try and claw your funds back. You can remind your lawyer that your USC spouse, and maybe others if you have a joint sponsor for your CGC signed an I864. Good Luck!
  8. And lower all Vatican City banana tariffs?
  9. In my mind if all immigration related items are going to force a day in federal court, why do we have immigration court? If a person is denied entry on any type of visa at the border, is that person entitled to a federal court hearing? What is due process when it comes to immigration? To me if a person crosses the border illegally, they are denied asylum by both an IJ and the BIA, that is it.
  10. Sorry for your loss. Yes, as @appleblossom stated, you need to send USCIS a copy of the death certificate, then your I130 will convert to an I360. Condolences, and Good Luck!
  11. This seems to contradict the I864 instructions on page 9. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-864instr.pdf
  12. Based on what I am seeing it would be four, you, your fiancé and your two children unless they are over 18. Good Luck!
  13. This is why I would submit it today as is. The IO may look at it and see all the vaccines are completed, and ignore the unchecked box, you can bring it up at the interview if asked, or worst case, you get an RFE. The point is don't delay an I485 package filing for this. Good Luck!
  14. Hopefully everything will cool down soon as I am planning a trip to India in mid-June.
  15. File the AOS with what you have and include a copy of the DS3025. Worst case, an RFE is issued to complete the DS3025, but that will most likely require a new complete medical exam by a civil surgeon. Good Luck!
  16. Pre-clearance airports seem to have a tougher reputation.
  17. You might try here. https://www.visajourney.com/sitesearch/?cx=partner-pub-3407508467788263%3A9725800110&cof=FORID%3A10&ie=UTF-8&q=Rescheduling+London&sa=Search Also, I will move this to the UK regional forum where you might get more responses. Good Luck!
  18. A quick side trip to Canada for your sister with the B2 visa within the authorized period of the B2 visa is possible. Yes, it does not or should not (discretion of US CBP) reset the authorized stay clock of the B2. She will need a proper visa to enter Canada as a U.S. B2 visa does not grant her access to Canada. Honestly, I would probably refrain from a trip like that to avoid scrutiny of either her or your LPR parents, but it is possible. Good Luck!
  19. That pesky olfactory sense!
  20. Good point. There are several countries where a person does not retain their previous citizenship when gaining a new citizenship. I know with my wife, she has to enter Russia on her Russian passport. Sometimes Russian immigration officers request her U.S. passport, but that varies.
  21. I would study the instructions of the I130 closely, particularly the General Requirements beginning on Page 6. At this point, the I130 "Petition" belongs to your USC spouse. The visa application comes later when the petition moves from USCIS to NVC to the consulate. Good Luck! https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-130instr.pdf
  22. I tend to agree. With the negative for 2024 tax year, there needs to be solid evidence of the current income. Good Luck!
