    Replace or add the updated form? Will "replacing" impact the status of the case being DQ? I would just "add" the updated affidavit of support and hand carry it with all supporting documents to the interview

    Any updates on the case? did your spouse attend the interview?

    for NVC, you only need digital copies uploaded to the CEAC portal. BUT, for the interview, you will need the originals and original translations of all the documents that are not in english. You don't need the affidavit of support during the interview as they never asked for it in the past. I always recommend to take the affidavit of support you signed with all supporting documents (tax transcripts and all) to the interview, just in case

    I864 is required for I485 as it is the binding financial document to ensure the intended immigrant will not become a public charge.

    log in to your USCIS account and look under documents to see if something is attached there. you never know, you may find the approval letter there. Good luck

    Make sure you ask the agent when you go to secondary to change the address. They will not do it unless you ask, because from their end, it all look good in the system

    my wife's case was on AP for 16 months and we did not need to update the affidavit of support when AP was over in Morocco. Consulates are different, but I don't think they will ask for updated I-864, my opinion.

    It does not hurt to try it. We did it back in 2021: sent the I-130 in 23 August 2021 and as soon as we received the NOA1 (same day since we filed electronic), we filed a paper I-129F and sent it in right away (like two weeks after). Our I-130 was approved in two months, Approval was 01-NOv-2021. Did the I-129F help? may be, may be not

    Visa has a validity (issue date and expiry date). As long as visa is not expired, you are good
