I got this response from the embassy after some months? The administrative processing on your case is complete. Please confirm if you would be able to travel before January 21, 2024 if your visa is issued. Please know that, your visa validity is tied to the validity of your medical report. Your current medical report will expire on January 21, 2024. It is mandatory that your medical report is valid before you travel. If you are unable to travel before that date, please let us know so we can intimate on next steps.

My immigrant visa has been refused under 221g , I went for my interview on August 2nd the consulate officer took my passport and said they will send a form for me to fill I should fill it and resend it to them immediately which I did , upto till now I haven't received any response from the Embassy, dose it mean they don't want to give me a visa.
