faisal,
you only need to send copies now to the nvc. they do not want originals. you must bring originals to the interview.
as for sponsor, do a search in the "google custom search" box (upper right hand part the of the screen just below the sign out box) type in key words of what you need to know for the sponsor. also Saylin gives some good suggestions in her wiki about tips for sponsors. I would provide a cover letter as she suggests and be very careful everything in the i 864 is marked, checked off, etc for you and your wife and for the sponsor.
there are lots of sample forms here and on other websites for you look at to help you. there is a tab at the top of this page called "example forms" this is a good place to start.
I wish I could provide more info but I did not need a sponsor.
and as a last resort, pm others who did, i bet they would help you.
good luck my friend!!!

Well i think you can use those they said 6 months or something like that but I mean after all this time we know how picky they are, if I was you ill bring 4 different sets with different outfits and hairstyle lol

That is boilerplate language. If you submitted 2013 tax returns or transcripts you do NOT need to bring anything. DWheels76 suggests that you bring the sponsor's 2014 W-2 to the interview, but it was not required in our case at all.
Sukie in NY
PS: I've already answered this question three times in the February 2015 forum, and DWheels76 has addressed it twice. It really can help you to read ALL of the responses. It can help you feel much better and more confident!

nanana reacted to verysadguy in Fiance' was cheating while PREGNANT
I sent in her own pictures sleeping with another man while pregnant. Her evidence.
I sent in her own pictures of her performing pornography for her far away lover while pregnant and married for 4 whole days. Her evidence. (Good moral character???)
I sent in her own chat with her best friend lying about her relationship with another man. Her evidence.
I sent in her own chat with her best friend saying she would get her green card and flee to California with our daughter and get 18 years of child support. Her evidence.
I sent in a copy of her uncle's "affidavit" and his emails to me completely contradicting himself. Nice fraud there from a USC retired from the USN.
There are NO police reports.
Good faith marriage? No comingled finances, no name change, no leases. Only thing I did was get her health insurance so my daughter would be born safe and healthy.
Then there is the lying to federal authorities about her circumstances that led to me being investigated for human trafficking.
Yes, I contacted senators, congressmen, governor's, USCIS district directors, ICE, special agents, congressional liaisons of DHS, HSI, ICE Deputy Director, FBI, you name it...
My ex scammed me. I never hit her and never called her a name. I discovered she'd been lying to me for 2 years on the 8th day of marriage all just to get a green card. Copies of her chats to her far away lover proving it were also sent to USCIS.
That is it. We discussed it, I protected myself financially and legally, she said she would stop her craziness and she didn't. So I told her to leave and proceeded with divorce actions and protection for my child. The woman AGREED to return to her home country but skipped out of the airport with the cash and a $7000 diamond. Yes, I will be suing her for that swindle, too.
Meanwhile she got an attorney to sue me against the prenuptial agreement, an EAD, a job in an ethnic restaurant, and a license to practice as a nail technician. Plus she is screwing her sponsor from the Catholic Church with whom she began the relationship while still legally married. Nice girl huh?
This is a woman who deserves deportation without a doubt. If she gets a green card, this country's immigration system is truly immoral itself. I should change my VJ screenname to "Waitingforthebitchslapofkarma"

Yes, they have a call log and know the details of each call (when, what time, what the call was about, etc). If you call once a day, that's fine, but if you start calling multiple times a day, then an operator may mention it, depending on who you get and what the calls have been about.

My thoughts in regards to scan dates and such:
NVC isn't ever on just one specific date. It'll always be a range of dates, because there's more than just one person reviewing files. And although NVC roughly follows the first in, first out procedure, it's the same process as USCIS. An officer will take a bunch of files, then review those. Then take another pile, review those. Etc etc. Due to this, if one officer is faster than another, then he'll be working on later dates than someone who's slow and still working on earlier dates, thus giving a range of dates.
Also, in regards to time frames between regular packages and checklists, keep in mind: when reviewing checklists, they just review the new documents submitted and verify if everything is correct now, compared to the original package where they have to make sure everything is right.
So, just my two cents

nanana reacted to N-o-l-a in can a woman undergo medical examination during their menstrual period in manila???
It is common in some countries to check the gender visually.
Maybe it has something to do with tampons not being widely used in the Philippines? These issues with urine samples and visual inspection are easily remedied by using one.

As I always do I kept mine short and to the point, using my own simple words to explain our situation.
Make sure to include beneficiary's and petitioner's both date of birth, telephone and email addresses along with case# and any necessary proof that you think will help the consulate make a decision.

unfortunately pregnancy is not a reason for nvc to expedite the case. therefore I am afraid there is nothing you can do to speed up the process.
Don't be worry, everything is going to be alright !

nanana reacted to Saylin in NVC Filers - December 2014
That's how it USED to be, but as I mentioned in my response above, as of November 12th, NVC is no longer collecting originals. Photocopies alone are all that's needed now.

Do you have a lawyer or attorney attached to your case? If you do, then the DS-261 isn't done in your case as the lawyer/attorney is automatically selected as agent (which is the purpose of the form - to select an agent). So, you should see the IV bill being invoiced soon. If you can see the IV bill say 'Pay Now', but you're unable to pay, then it probably hasn't been completely invoiced yet. Just give it some more time.
If you don't have a lawyer/attorney attached to your case, then I'd contact NVC if you can't see the DS-261 on the online forms portal.

nanana reacted to NikLR in NVC IV fees?
No. That message means they are invoicing a fee like the AOS. -

Your tax transcripts don't prove CURRENT income, only an employment letter and pay stubs do. Tax transcripts are for PAST income.

seriously don't go by line becoz in my case I filed 1040 and used line 22 and got checklist. line 22 was saying adjusted gross income. and for me line 15 saying total income. so may be everyone is different so go by WRITTEN AS "TOTAL INCOME" OR FOR 1040EZ "ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME".
