    Same here. :(

  2. well, they are are expediting the phillipino beneficiaries. It is frustrating to see the super fast approvals when we have been waiting so long.

Remember too, sometimes there are trolls who create profiles and post fake photos. Not saying that is the case , But Im just sayin'

    Don't get too jealous.

I'm from philippines.. not all cases from philippines was being expedited.its just unfair.. if they can do it to some why they can't do it to all?so, all is fair..if the reason that the cases is still on pending because lack of evidence then, send those People RFE. sleep.png..if no more documents needed. why they can't give their decision?...

  3. Its possible for you to get a CFO sticker at the airport, its located at terminal 1, beside the travel tax counter.. all u have to do is to call them at least 2-3 days before your flight and give them your flight info.. here is the number 879-5685.

    Good luck

CFO is only at NAIA terminal 1?

  4. Hi everybody,

I wanted to ask if our situation is normal.

We sent our I-130 form mid-september.

We received a NOA1 (I assume thats what it is. An I-797C, notice of action form) start of october.

Checking our status on the website using our receipt number it says to expect further action in 30 days.

Well, its been more then 2 months and I'm thinking to myself that "30 days" is quite unrealistic.

Basically, I just wanted to ask if we are still in the "normal" zone? On the bottom of our NOA1 it says USCIS / National Benefits Center in Kansas, but shouldn't the request be processed in one of the Service Centers? (Texas, Vermont, etc.)

Anyway, just looking for some reassurance basically, I've looked in VisaJourney's stats page (http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/irstats.php), and I was amazed to see that it says the request takes in average 326 days, is this definitely accurate?

Thank you with your patience I realize I must be the millionth person to ask the exact same question, I'm just looking for some reassurance.

    Or

Omg.. you just filed almost 3 months ago.. we filed last March and its almost 9 mos. and we still don't Have NOA2 :(

  5. Hopefully.but in the other side im sad because i though we never get an rfe.but happy because they looking at my files.what is the average time before approval if tou response immediately to rfe

on the other side its good thing :) that means they are working on your papers :) do you have a photo copy of the papers you sent to USCIS?. if yes, maybe you can do some revising :) maybe just 1 paper is missing. :) God bless ..:)

    THANKS

    YADI

hi if you filed your case at the NBC ..NBC is transferring the petitions cases on 3 USCIS office. it could be Nebraska,California or Texas. expect a hard copy. that they will send you through snail/post mail. within 2 weeks after you received the notification through e-mail/texts. its a notice to let you know where/which exactly service center they transferred your case. and on that letter of notice they said that within 60 days after transferred you/we should have an approval/result.

  7. How about we lock it down and only allow comments, except for a few collaborators? We'll then make the changes on a regular basis based on the comments.by anonymous viewers. For now, I will just lock it down and edit based on comments by anonymous viewers.

what if there is only one moderator for the spreadsheet? and just give the info to the moderator so that he/she can edit it accurately.

  8. On December 3, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.

Is it usual for I130's to be send in local office ? Not sure if this is good or bad news ?

its a good news that means they forwarded your petition in another service center. it could be TSC,NSC or CSC. wait for the hard copy that they will send you through mail.
