NVC received AOS docs. and IV documents March 4th, 2014.

I tried to check my CEAC status but, i got this error...

I'm hoping for that and i will inform you right away! Let me know also if ever you get case complete before me.

Hey guys, I got an email from NVC to pay fees today but they are still not available.

My understanding is both fees will be invoiced together (since I have an attorney on file). Does that mean I get to pay both on the same day?

Yes, AOS & IV bill will be invoice together.

Guys if you have attorney like us you don't have to fill out DS-261. because of G-28 that filed together with I-130. so automatically an attorney is the assigned agent. and AOS & IV bill will be invoice together.

Thank you for you response. I have one more question, ds-260 ask for my wife passport number, bt wer planning to renew it on april, coz ryt now her passport stil under her maiden name.. what shud i do?

hi where is your fiance? its better to call CFO directly and tell your situation that you are 19 and your fiance is 22.

if you can ask your fiance to call CFO its Good idea because they will give you accurate Requirements.

Oh sorry. My passport is now with the courier just waiting for it to be delivered. They said they will tomorrow. I know booking the ticket was a mistake when I dont have my passport with visa yet. But once I have it tomorrow morning I can still go to cfo office in Quirino. But if I get it late tomorrow then I can do it at the airport tomorrow if there's office there. I can just show them my certificate. If there's none then I'll just rebook my ticket.

So my only question is... is there a cfo office at the airport?

you can't get sticker at the airport without calling CFO first. you need to reserve it. you need to advise them 7 days before your flight. good idea is to re book your ticket. since you are not sure if what time tomorrow they will deliver your passport. ( raven is right. you shouldn't book a ticket until you don't have everything yet. )

guys i just have a question. is it really normal that NVC used Beneficiary's name even on their instruction? because, they used my maiden name instead of my married name. and ill be printing out that email from NVC for my advance medical next week. my name on all other documents are all in my married name. why the heck NVC still use my maiden name. it confuses me. that they might use my maiden name on my visa or Green card???

Is it really normal that the NVC used Beneficiary's Maiden Name on IV Bill invoice,bar coded cover sheet instead of using Beneficiary's Married name?because, on my passport i'm already using my husband's surname and other documents such as Medical Appointment Letter, CFO, NBI, USCIS letters was on my married name also.ever since we filed I-130 i'm already using my husband's surname. i just get confused why NVC used my maiden name on those invoices.

I paid my AOS on "ceac.state.gov" and the IV the sametime.. is the possible? coz they show pay.. so i paid them.. also, I can get or print the barcoded cover sheet after i print my receipt.. is that the one you talking about barcoded?

its not bar coded.. "bar coded". i don't see any bar coded in payment portal. i just saw receipt for both bills.

No you don't. That's a personal choice. I called them every 3rd day to get the case number, and not at all between getting the case number and until a few days after I sent both packages.

I probably called more often between case complete and interview date and that was every second day.

How do you know when the case is received at NVC? Is there a website to check this or will the operator tell you that?

we got AOS & IV bill today. but my question is, why on IV bill invoice beneficiary's name is on maiden name? even i'm already using my husband's name ever since we filed I-130 and even on my passport name also. is it normal or it will affect on GC or visa production? thanks

I'm trying to pay my IV online, but instead this pop out "This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately."

What this means?

Nothing to worry. saylin said that means they are invoicing the bill. i got the same error since yesterday.

i got this message when i tried to login at CEAC payment portal today.

Welcome to the IV fees payment system. This is where you pay Affidavit of Support and IV Application processing fees.

Does this mean that they are invoicing AOS & IV Bill?

DS- 260 is also available but i know we need to settle the bills before our atty. could fill the DS-260..

it's been 9 days since NVC gave us our case number..but AOS & IV bill are not yet invoice.

Finally got our Case # this mourning,but when I log in it says case number and Invoice number do not Match...

that means even though they give you your case number/Invoice identification number was not manually encode yet to their System.
