Hello everyone! I just wanted to give you all my status update. I woke up this morning, checked my email, screamed to my husband to wake up and told him that the USCIS sent us an email saying that WE GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!! We couldn't be more happy!!!!! We are over the moon!!!!!!! It has been exactly 8 months since we mailed in our petition; March 6th filer. So, we just wanted to share the good news with everyone and we hope everyone else gets approved soon as well!! Good luck to all! We will keep you posted!

KinaNKev, what was your Priority date? Best luck... and hopefully those people that their applications was transferred will have approval very soon. our application still on initial review.

Priority Date is March 29th, 2013. Our case was not transferred. But its still on"INITIAL REVIEW"...

what is info pass? will they give us another explanation on our case status other than our case status on USCIS dashboard?because my husband called the USCIS hotline and he just heard a voice prompt saying the same thing that they received our case March 29, 2013 and still on Initial review. thanks,

I don't think USCIS is Systematic that they process the I-130 case According to the Date that they received the case.

Because how come new filers got their approval sooner than those people who filed 8 months ago? they don't even say anything if they need RFE or what they will just put your papers left behind. i don't believe anymore on their reason. that they are having back logs. duh.? if there is really a back logs why those people who just filed recently got their decision?.. IS JUST A BIG WORD I CAN SAY. ITS NOT FAIR.

yes me too. we received the NOA1 Last March 29, 2013.. and its still on Initial review.

I'm not sure if our case was transferred or not. my husband called our attorney and the paralegal said that our papers is in California Service Center. and the reason why it takes so long is they have so many back logs. and they told us that it will take 10 mos. from the date of receipt (NOA1) and the receipt date was March 29th,2013. if I'm not mistaken we will probably get result on the end of January 2014..

Thanks, the attorney told us that USCIS California service center takes a longer time because of the back logs. they said it will take 300 days or 10 mos. after the NOA1.

hi, i think you don't have to. because the NVC is the one will send your documents in US embassy manila.since you notified them already about that you want to change the address i think there is nothing to worry.
