You need to try the input for the I-751, rather than the CRI-89.
I've heard that the CRI-89 has pretty much been abandoned. Mine is also stuck to Case Received, and I've been approved after a few movements in Ferbuary, March, and then the approval in April.

Thank you Nikkosan.
I was able to view the actual letter online by signing in here https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/
My pleasure.
RE the website, excellent, I'll wait until tomorrow to see if it shows up; as of right now, it hasn't. (I'm sooooo on pins and needles! LOL)

1. Yes. Notification for the date, time and venue for oath ceremony
2. Yes
Thank you!
This AM it switched to:
Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed
It has yet to change on the newer DHS website, where it still just says that I have been approved. I'm expecting it will behave just like it did with the interview letter, so hopefully sometimes tomorrow I'll be able to know what the actual date is as I have a ton of international travel to do and I may have to switch/delay some of it.
Thanks for taking the time to answer!

Not one specific for November, but there is a master thread for passport applications for 2018. This is it:

Hi there, it's such a good news. I am very happy for you. Keep us posted, regards.
Thank YOU! It's been a long time coming. I can't wait to be done with the process, I'm sure you perfectly understand the feeling. I'll keep you guys posted.

At last! I can't yet see what the actual date is, but I hope it will soon update on the ELIS/DHS website. Doing a LOT of traveling in May, so travel arrangements may need to get adjusted; hopefully not!
Still very much pleased with the fact that I decided to file for citizenship back in November 2017 even though my ROC was still pending, November 2016 ROC filers are just starting to get approved now.
I'll update you once I am able to review the actual appointment letter, hopefully tomorrow.
Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed
We scheduled your oath ceremony for Receipt Number IOEXXXXXXXXXX. We sent a notice with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony to the address you gave us. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by May 30, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Yes, I am sure you understand. We were together for 21 years and Stan was 46 years older than me. If it weren't for DOMA and Prop 8 in CA, we would have gotten married a long time ago, Stan would have been able to witness my naturalization which was my main argument for the request to expedite 751 and 400 in my packet based on humanitarian ground. I tried, and it didn't work, but at least I am getting my 10 year greencard.
Indeed. They should have let it happened.

Congratulations. So happy for you that you will be a citizen soon. Yes, will keep you updated.
Thank you. And as I mentioned before, I completely understand where you're coming from, as I'm also in a younger/older relationship. My husband and I have been together for 13 years, and like you, finally married when DOMA fell.

I think I will probably get a "card in production" notice soon. About my 400, I totally expect to be rejected by law though.
If and when you do, just keep us posted. I've been waiting for mine for a week now. Also a notice that my oath ceremony has been scheduled (both approved at interview).

Thanks, but ever since they changed the design of the website, I have had difficulty logging in because I already have an account and I am unable to create a new one with the existing phone number and email.
I see...!

Thanks. Yes. It has been a rough and insane ride and I wish my husband were around to witness this great news. I don't believe I have an ELIS account. How do I create one? My 400 is expected to be rejected because INA349 sectionD says it very clear about the death of the American citizen spouse will invalidate the citizenship unless the American citizen spouse was a military individual who was killed in action which does not apply to me. I assume I will get a "card in production" notice which is the reversal of your order. I don't know much about ELIS account. Please advise about it, thanks.
I had included the link, but disguised it as "text". Here it is: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/
I assume you can just follow the prompts, and then "add" your ROC case, like I did. I initially used that account to file for citizenship online, so that's why I have it. I remember you went the paper route, so that's why you didn't need it.
Let me know what yours says, and again, regardless of what INA says, I'm still hoping for some sort of miracle for you!

Hi, guys after 1 year and 8 months and 25 days of waiting. My 751 was finally approved this morning. I wish my husband were alive to see this. I think he helped from heaven. Good luck to those of you who are still waiting. In the midst of sadness and immigration complications, finally some good news, I want to thank those of you who have been supportive of my circumstances. I did not get my "card in production" update though. Probably due to my 400, they still have to reject my 400 due to my husband's passing 3 days after the 400 interview. Anyone got the approval notice first and card in production second? Thanks.
Congratulations, Zombie69.
It's truly bittersweet, but I'm glad you are finally able to put this behind you. It's been an absolutely insane ride for you. I still hope your N-400 gets somehow approved, even if we know what the policy says..
What does your ELIS account shows at the moment? I have been approved a week ago today, and these below are the two last updates I received (I was wondering whether perhaps you already received a "Card was mailed to me").
Either way, once again congratulations!

Unbelievable!

Might be a RFE. My approval letter finally came yesterday and the envelope looks like this, with the statue of liberty, as others had previously reported:
Keep us posted. I hope it isn't a RFE.

Thank you. I checked the DHS website again and it has another update from the day after the 'producing your card' update. It now says 'We approved your case'. I did not receive a notification for this.
I'm hoping this means now its truly done and I have to wait for the card in the mail now.
Can anyone share how long has it taken for card to be received after production or approval update?
Don't worry, that's perfectly normal, even if it doesn't make sense.
Here is mine, for comparison:
Today I received the hard copy from the NBC, dated April 23, 2018.
This is what it looks like:
Not sure how long it will take for the card to show up, but I'll keep you posted. I have a stamp in my passport that is valid until the end of November, and I am currently waiting for my oath ceremony letter anyway, so I'm not too concerned about the 10-year green card.
57 minutes ago, Hikerwa said:I got the exact same thing for ours. I can only think that it is true. We are November 2016 filers. Our status has not changed on the USCIS site. I am hoping against all hope we're approved! If so Congrats!
Yup, it is true!

Thanks. I have checked both USCIS and DHS websites. When I checked DHS website it showed we are producing your card like I mentioned in my post. On egov USCIS website it still says case transferred to local office (same as the app). I am just really curious now if I should believe in this update and it isn't a system glitch.
That's exactly what happened to me.
I think you should believe the update, and the reason I say this is because my N400 was also pending due to the pending ROC, and now that one is updated on both websites.
Hope this helps.

Have you received any other update, more than pending oath? Because that's the last I've heard, that I'm only missing my Oath ceremony. I haven't heard anything yet and I know it can be really fast or it can take a while. In fact at the interview the officer kinda implied that I probably would be a citizen before I get my green card in the mail, so I was expecting for this ceremony to be scheduled a little bit faster, but oh well. I can't wait to be over with this process, specially knowing that the ceremony is a whole other missed day at work too.
No, not yet.
I'm also expecting not to receive the GC before I become a citizen, or maybe that's just my wishful thinking! LOL
I'll keep you posted, hopefully by the end of next week both of us will have a scheduled ceremony to put down on the calendar.

This morning we received an email from no-reply@uscis.dhs.gov with subject "We have taken an action on your case". I checked the app and it still says Case was received at your local office.
I logged on the dhs website next and it says "We are producing your card and will mail it to you".
a. Is that standard language?
b. Does it mean that our application is approved and now I just wait for the card?
c. Any idea how long that has been taking?
My NOA is 10/24/16
Thanks!
Try checking here: DHS (if perhaps you've only been checking here: USCIS).
My N400 was updated on BOTH the USCIS and DHS accounts, however, the approval of my ROC was only updated on the DHS site (link I shared)

I went pick it up today, it had nothing to do with immigration. I guess that's sort of good news
For sure! Thought that was bizarre!
Meanwhile I went to my local field office today to see if they could schedule me for tomorrow's oath ceremony, but I was told they could not, so I will most likely have to come back early from a trip to Europe in order to attend a May ceremony...It could be worse though, I could still be waiting, so yeah, I'm not complaining!

Presumably and for the little we know from online status, "my green card is in production" and "I'm in line for the oath", with both cases approved, but at this point I know that anything can happen. In fact I received today a notice that they tried to deliver a certified letter. It will arrived in the post office tomorrow. For what I've read, it's bad news. Good news never come on a certified letter. So I will have to wait and see what it is.
Wow, that's bizarre!
Please keep us posted.
