    USCIS case tracker has no update. It still saying Case was received at my local office.

    We filed a service request because our case was outside of normal processing time. We filed roc in july of 2017. Within a few days of uscis closing our service request, we were approved and card is being produced. Everyone can file a service request if their case is outside of normal processing time.

    My case is super straight forward, 4 years happily married.

    we are july 2017 filers and we filed a service request and as our signature show we were approved. im not sure 100% that this moved things along but it couldn’t hurt. we logged into “my cases” then filed the request for out of normal processing time

    Albuquerque apparently has a 23 - 41 month wait time. They are currently looking over May 2015 cases. --edit: I just found online that this is NOT for Albuquerque, it's an average of all field offices. Ugh.

     

    The customer service agent was a pure robot - reading off the exact same thing I'm able to read online. She spoke so quick I had a hard time understanding her (and English is my mother-tongue).

     

    This is super disheartening. :crying:

    i would eliminate the robot and file service request

    guys try logging into “my cases” on uscis and submitting a service request. im not totally sure, but i feel like thats why our case was approved.

    I am trying to prepare new documents to show the officer when he/she interviews us.. I have gotten advice that my evidence is pretty thin and these were submitted:

    As of now I was able to add my name to our internet bill, more joint bank account statements, some more picture of us, trying to still add it to our PECO bill.. for the place we live in, even before we got married we both agreed that having my name on the deed is something my name is not to be in, he's had the condo eversince. I don't want to add my name on it if possible as we are planning to just do that when we buy a new house. As for phone bill we both have prepaid ever since so I'm not sure we'll be able to do something with that..

     

    Are there any other document we can work on that we can show the officer that we are actually comingling finances and living together? I read briefly in some forums PoA or medical PoAs, where can I obtain and which specifically should I look for? I looked at the wills at LegalZoom but there's a variety of will and not sure which we should get.

     

    Any kind of advice/help is much appreciated!
     

    what about life insurance policies and retirement accounts with each other as the beneficiaries.  

     

    any auto insurance with both of you listed

     

    any joint credit cards or loans or vehicle titles with you both on there

    I went back to look and I actually submitted the service request on 9/29/18 and they responded on October 6th by email. I wanted to see if my case was actually at CSC. The letter was addressed from the Laguna Miguel office.

    I updated the spreadsheet. It appears me and only one other case was approved for July 2017 filers

    it appeared to be a generic response.

    On my own time ive checked 10 cases before ours and 10 cases after. WAC17278 Here are results

     

    3/5/18 transferred to my local office

    9/18/18 transferred to new office that has jurisdiction

    3/5/18 transferred to my local office

    10/5/18 rfe

    10/3/18 approval. Card delivered

    10/4/18 approved

    9/18/18 transferred to new office

    3/5/18 transferred to my local office

    10/9/18 transferred to my local office (this one weird)

    4/17/18 transferred to my local office

    9/18/18 transferred to new office

    9/18/18 transferred to new office
