Once is status PAID then you can start, mailing out your documents make sure has a barcode included that is place on front for them easy to scan it

got nervous for a sec... hubby sent the package first thing yesterday and the AOS fee was still in Process.

I just checked the status after reading your comment. Glad, it already shows Paid now.

For ours we include :

• Marriage Certificate of course J
• Western union remittance copies
• Boarding passes and passport stamps for both our visits
• Airline tickets and Hotel receipts
• Receipts for the stuff we do together ( visit to botanical garden, Zoo, gateway arch, dolphin adventure and etc )
• Pictures of us with friends and family
• Pictures during wedding and reception
• Receipts of wedding reception
• Gift receipts we sent for each other
• Joint account ( Philippine account – was able to add him while we were in PI)
• Chat logs ( yahoo and whatsapp)
• Skype voice calls and screenshots

Hubby also paid the AOS today. Planning to send the AOS package Tomorrow or Friday. Then we’ll be feeling the 60 days thing with NVC.

My husband sent the I-130 papers using married name. Got approved and all. For some reason, NVC put in their system my maiden name instead of married name. I completed the DS-261 using married name as the lady from NVC said, its not an issue as long as we can provide later the updated passport in married name.

I already applied new passport in married name and hopefully ill received it before submitting civil dox for the IV.

If you have the new passport now in married name, you can go ahead and use it.

We did on ours too. , date, place and event. For some pictures, we put the names also.

We use power point presentation on our pictures so it's easier to label them.

I don’t know as well, we are not invoiced on the AOS yet. We just got out case # few days ago. They said it should be in the payment receipt. IDK exactly. People here who gone thru the stage can advise on that better.

When did your husband paid the AOS?

Im not sure. But I think it will be mentioned in the barcoded sheet. But one lady told me they sent theirs in this address:

we are not invoiced yet that's why he cant send our papers.

My hubby is sending the AOS packet soon. He will send 6 months paystubs, 2011, 12, 13 W-2s and 1040.

we are using the I-864EZ form..

As it already said above that they require letter of employment and paytubs for previous 6 months. I hope I will not receive RFE for submitting 3 months paytubs.

It seems they asked for W2, 1099, etc.

Did they RFE’ed you on the 3 months paystub? I hope not. My husband will submit the AOS package this week and He is planning to send 3 months recent paystubs along with the 2011,2012 and 2013 W-2 and 1040.

Regarding the 2014 income, my husband said, its hard to get the annual income amount for now, cause he was pulled out for a project up north and expected to be stationed there again after a month break which makes his pay higher. Depending on the job location and number of days he will stay, his pay will vary.

Is NVC really particular of the amount you will mention for the 2014 income? But whichever job he will be assigned, he is still above poverty line.

He is planning to include paystubs along with the 3 years 1040 and W-2s, is recent 3 months paystub good enough or it should really be 6 months.

Hello everyone, appreciate your advise on few concerns:

My husband is trying to fill I-684EZ and hoping to send the AOS package this week.

• Are we good with the EZ form, his income is supported with W-2s but he has the IRS 1040 form and not 1040EZ
• On line # 18 (current individual annual income ) , should he mention the 2013 income or he has to do some calculation for the 2014 income.
• If he has to calculate the 2014 income, does he need to send some paystubs to support it
