Perritonegro sounds as though Sagot may be on to something.  If I were you I would continue checking the website every day for April appointment openings.  The American Citizen Services may not have opened April appointment times/dates yet.  From the looks of appointment slots still open for the rest of March, I can't imagine the entire month of April being booked solid at this point.  I would guess they would be opening April appointments soon.  American Services contact number is listed on the website.  If those April slots don't open up by the end of this month, I would give them a call.  Good luck.

According to the U.S. Embassy Manila webstie, ph.usembassy.gov.    The U.S. Citizen Services will handle routine walk-in services from 7:30 AM - 12:00 noon daily.   They also have an office in Cebu (if this location works best for you). The Consulat Agency in Cebu city also offers routine walk-in sevices @ the Waterfront Hotel in Lahug, Cebu City ground floor from 8:00 Am - 10:30 AM on Mon-Tue-Thur-Friday.  I am not certain on the fee but believe it is around $50.00 usd or Philippine peso equivalent.  Unless the rules have changed your fiancee does not have to be present for you to get this done.  I had mine done at a U.S. Embassy outreach visit in Angeles City back in 2012.  Fiancee was not with me.  Definetely go the walk-in route if you are unable to secure an online appointment.  Explain your situation to them upon arrival and you should have no problem getting that done.  Good luck.

Had my interview today @ New Orleans Field Office.  All went well. Approved. Oath Ceremony scheduled for this Friday, 2 March 2018. Almost done.

I was approved!  Everything went well!
 
The questions I was asked were as followed:
 
1 Who was the first president 2 Two holidays we celebrate 3 Who is the governor of this state 4 What is one thing we promise to do when we come a US citizen  5 what movement tried to end racial discrimination 6 where is the Statue of Liberty    Reading: who lives in the White House Writing: The President lives in the White House   The agent was very nice but distant/professional.  She said I was the second most enthusiastic person she'd ever interviewed, the first being a 95yo Vietnamese man who jumped up from the chair with his walking stick when asked if he would bare arms for the country.   The process was quick although I was kept waiting for about 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I got called.  She took my finger prints again and a quick snap of my face but I didn't need to take off my glasses  - I think that was for facial recognition as she commented that my hair had changed (hello I'm a lady, it's what we do!).  She asked me all the YES/NO questions again.  No pictures were needed.     The office was busy busy busy but they went through folks pretty quick.  My husband came and sat with me.  She didn't ask to see any of my documents or originals of what I submitted. She asked at the beginning why I wanted to become a citizen and I basically went off on a speech about how I've been here for X number of years, made a life for myself here and honestly I've achieved more here than I ever did in the UK and I love it here.  She then said, Well I would have accepted any ONE of those answers, but thank you.   Now I wait for my oath ceremony date, which she estimated would be very late September or early October.  The current dates listed on the Mass website though stop at the end of September, so we will see what happens.  

My wife and I traveled to the Philippines this past November.  She traveled with her expired green card and extension letter.  We encountered NO problems during the trip.  Philippine immigration and Japanese immigration agents had no issues with the extension letter.  We traveled United airlines passing through Tokyo to and from Manila.  Suggest you travel with the original extension letter.  We always travel with our marriage certificate but have never been asked for it.  Better safe than sorry.  You do not need to file anything before departing the US.  Relax and enjoy your trip home.

Age difference between myself and fiancee (now my wife) is 33 years. We encountered no issues with our age difference in our K-1 process. Had no problems getting married (applying for marriage license, etc) and had no difficulties in wife's Adjustment of Status application regarding our age difference in the U.S.
Please be aware that when your fiancee goes through the CFO seminar, she will need parental consent letter since she is between the ages of 18 and 21. Persons between the age of 22 and 25 require a parental letter of advice.
Not exactly sure if this consent letter will be needed at her K-1 interview at the Embassy, but since she will need it at the CFO seminar anyway, I would suggest going ahead and having the parental consent letter with her when she goes for her K-1 interview just in case. If they don't ask for it, no harm-no foul.

I'm so mad after reading this post and your consistent attempts of trying to say "I won't help, but..." trying to get more information about the trouble you could get in to.
I think I've spent the past half hour writing some extremely angry responses, just to delete them because you are obviously not getting the message everyone else is telling you.
Pathetic. Everything you have written, suggested, or mentioned since your first sentence on this post is pathetic. I hope she is denied entry at the PoE when the Borders and Customs officers inquires about her nature of visit.
P.S. - Sorry, i'm the petitioner, the U.S. Citizen responding here. And I have every right to these feelings when you are condoning someone trying to defraud MY government who was gracious enough to allow her to visit and enjoy what we have to offer for the duration of her tourist visa.

No, it is superceded by the GC. I have both but am not sure what to do with the combo card, cut it up and chuck it away, return to USCIS..No reason to hang on to it.

Not always.

They took our's at the interview. But some IO's are not always following procedure. I would hold onto it. You never know when USCIS gives you S%$* and want it back.

I did not have an interview so still have it. They have not requested it back.
