Some ppl are getting approvals in 90 days , some are waiting
14 mths and not everyone is inclined to give specific dates as
no 2 cases are alike , there are hooks & curves, however a
timeline does give ppl an idea when they MAY be getting a decision

looked back into . If your cases were juvi & misdemeanors why would INS arrest you
at age 20 with CAT protection?...somethings missing, I can say INS/ICE at times find ways

A 212 (h) maybe possible with someone like Carl Shusterman you should give him a call
because only former LPRs who adjusted abroad can never get the 212 (h)
The 7th circuit at times seem very reasonable, I can tell you the 5th circuit will give you no love

Well has he seen the child in the ;ast 7 yrs? sorry about your troubles, even-though
USCIS has rules for the adjudicators to follow they are however humans and in
high fraud countries they tend to look at the tiniest things, how is the ex he have not

Have you pastor or family member mediate. try to understand you are both new

Stay strong remain as a family, have lots of pictures and evidences the marriage is real
talk to your congress-person, get an atty or talk to catholic charaties if finances are low.
note all your hardships without her, so your atty can use as an argument, tell her stay
