PandaMaker got a reaction from Darnell in Notice Undeliverable
Update: We called today and was transferred to a Tier 2 ISO. The wait was almost three hours, but we weren't going to hang up.
It turns out the notice was indeed for the biometrics appointment, and the appointment date was February 20th. He wouldn't resend, but he did put in a request for a reschedule and told is to wait up to 30 days from today to receive it in the mail. I guess even if he did resend, we'd be past that unofficial 30 day grace period anyway.
Here's hoping for a successful reschedule and no more mail problems in the future.

If you need to write Guangzhou, be sure to include the specific CITIC branches you're having trouble with. I received a reply from the Consulate asking for that information, so they can investigate.
Also, write as the Petitioner and use the Petitioner's e-mail on file. They won't respond to your fiancée, since they don't have your P3 and verify the beneficiary's e-mail address yet.

Take a look at Rob's pics from his post. That's Packet 3.

This will tell you what's required for P3.
For P4, I believe it's this...which is also from the CGI website and not mailed out.

It's a stupid RFE if you answered "NO" to question 2, but not a stupid RFE if you answered "YES" or leave it blank.
Regardless, it does not hurt to write N/A for question 3.

I agree. That is one dumb RFE!
...and what's crazy is I thought long and hard about that question because of all the NONEs and N/As talked about on these forums. I made sure I answered questions with either of those instead of leaving them blank...even putting parentheses around NONE in the field for my fiancée's middle name, just to make sure they don't think her middle name is None lol.

Then I get to this question, and I thought "No way they ding me for this. I answered NO on the previous question". I guess I may be wrong!
I'm sorry to hear about your RFE, but if I get an RFE, I hope it would be as easy as yours haha

Hi, I'm new here also and this is my first post!
I believe you're misunderstanding the requirements.
The reason why one would need to withdraw a K-1 petition and apply CR-1 is if they get married while the K-1 petition is under review...BEFORE the issuance of a K-1 visa. If you get married before the K-1 is issued, you no long have a fiancé(e) to petition for, since that person is now your spouse, so you need to then petition your spouse instead.
As for the 90-day requirement, you're required to marry within 90 days AFTER the beneficiary arrives in the US with the K-1 visa, so no contradiction there!
