New week new hope!! CR1 ILs were issued on Dec 21st 2022, and Jan 23rd 2023. Let's just
Hope we get letters this week for Aug-Sep2022 DQs.

I ask because at the beginning when you file a petition there is an opportunity to file for AOS (Adjustment Of Status ) and complete the process while staying in the US which includes the interview. Just didn't know if if there is anything similar available at this stage.

NVC doesn't know how to process this new form and all that are submitted are placed on hold, soo as of now now send the old version
My AOS is on hold now...
Just got off the phone with homeland security their telling me they don't know why NVC is telling me this just the format has changed and they will contact them and let me know in 3 to 5 days..
