I've rejected men rather nicely, and it's escalated to the point where I almost have to kick them in balls for them to back the hell off. Drunk men do not always submit nicely. Some do, some do not. Some sober men don't take rejection well either for that matter. Smashing a glass into someone's face, no matter WHAT they've said to you, is so far beyond the line, you just jumped yourself into the category reserved for people who need to go to a padded room.
