I have a couple of questions, firstly, how much was the shuttle fees, and secondly, did you notice any females who were having their interviews that day and if you did, how did it seem that their interviews went? congrats..yes you are correct it seems like they already made up their mind to approve people or put people on the AP..my fiance also got the visa without no AP ..he is pakistani.. good luck to all waiting still.....

hey guys last day at 3:00 pm i got call from courier office about my passport, i went there and got my passport with a shining colorful U.S visa, Best wishes to all of you

This means all their work is done with the case and now they are updating expired forms that are required to be valid at the time they issue the visa so yes... it's coming!!! Congrats... hopefully very soon now

it should take around three to four months,for adjustment of status,i can't tell you how long it will be for you,there are cruises every week end,i'm sure you can get last minute deals,the cruse ships want as many rooms filled,

I recently married my boyfriend of a 3 years. I have applied for adjustment of status. I think I applied around 20th of November, 2012 and have completed the finger printing process as of now. I just need to know when I will get my green card? I completed the application myself but had a lawyer review and perfect it. Me and my husband want to go on a cruise for our honeymoon so I’m not sure if I should make a booking. I’m just scared the prices are going to go way up and/or the cruise will sell out if I don’t book now. Please let me know how long it will be before I get my green card.

Here are two versions of the timeline.
1 is a US version you should take and get notarized.
The other is the VN version that has questions in english and vietnamese that the embassy is likely to ask.

Having already been through the process, I thought I wold provide my take on it.
Outside the required forms and affidavits required, here is a list of everything else you SHOULD TAKE TO THE INTERVIEW:
Evidence - KEEP EVERYTHING

Credit Card receipt for Airline tickets Airline ticket stubs Chat logs (print them out) (She took 3000 pages..hehehe) Phone bills showing showing you called Hotel receipts in VN If you buy her jewelry, keep the receipts receipts for the engagement ceremony and party (dress rental, food, beer, cake, facility or restaraunt,car rental, band or dj, etc) Tax returns / transcripts - take 3 years pictures (you and her/him together / engagement ceremony (make sure they take pictures of all the guests) A list of ALL relatives your fiance has currently living in the US (brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins. Atleast have the STATE they live in, we provided addresses and phone numbers. IF your fiance happens to be pregnant - take copies of the ultrasounds A timeline of your relationship (this is VERY IMPORTANT - they will give you a BLUE SLIP without one) (send me an IM if you would like a copy) MAKE SURE YOUR EVIDENCE IS SORTED IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER.

Phone records, Western Union, adding the person to you bills ( if possible) bank account ( if possible) recent visit by the U.S. citizen with copies of the airline tickets with pictures of you together. Just to name a couple if ways. Hope this helps.

It mean that the relationship is still going active, you have communications, picturea, phone records, chats , emails, letters some time of communication between you and the person you are petitoning trips pictures etc...
