    So which is it. You said you moved to Virginia in January 2023 and worked in New York bought your house and moved in November 2023 in New York and filed for citizenship in December 2023. Therefore your clock for New York residency started in November 2023.

    so the problem is that you have to be a legal resident of the state you live in before you file N-400. Living in New York for one month does not establish residency. You need to google New York law on how many months you have to live in New York to be a resident. File your AR-11 that you now live in New York.

    It doesn’t matter you are classified VAWA for life. You still cannot make online inquires. Anytime you do, you will get this with a letter mailed to you saying you cannot make online inquires and to write to Vermont.
