    My interview been approved on 3/10 and my fiance picked up his visa today (3/13)!! Thanks to all for the help, i would have never done it on my own. This is my second k-1,im 7 yrs older then my fiance and i recently divorce....those are potential red flags in D.R. and it's been smooth for me. Keep your head up and stay positive. It really ain't as bad as we think. Every case is different. God be with you all!!

    I went though that, file for divorce & do not AOS. She has mo choice but to go home or stay ilegal. Sorry about your situation, i perfectly understand that feeling.

    I don't think 01/01/2015 reads any differently with the month and day switched, but it's a good thing to note for others.

    First of all, are you the USC or the beneficiary?
    You need to wait 2 years between sponsoring someone on a K1 or file a waiver.

    That one income surviving comment is out of contest!!!..... I have two kids and my self and I'm the only income in my home and don't make 200,000. a yr and still can survive. My kids have it all and we live in a nice suburb.

    You don't need a lawyer, you need VJ. You just have to personally meet face to face within the last two years before filling...

THATS WHAT YOU NEED TO WORRY ABOUT CAUSE IF YOU SAY IN YOUR INTERVIEW THAT YOU JUST HAD A MISCARRIEAGE BUT YET YOU HAVE NOT SEEN YOU FIANCE IN A YEAR THEN THATS A PROBLEM.... JUST A THOUGHT AND SORRY IF OFFENDED YOU
