Because she is wonderful... She see's the best in me. She inspires me to write. She is my future and the mother of our future children!! The biggest reason, is before she found me... I was lost. I had no desire to achieve anything except mediocrity and now I want to be the best that I can be for us. I've even stopped smoking and have lost 93lbs!!!! She is my reason for every good thing that I accomplish... And, yeah, she has a killer @ss, drop dead georgeous eyes, a smile that could melt steel and a heart of pure gold!!!!! Plus, I think her Russian temper is sexy!!!!!!!!! Can hardly wait until she's here!!!!!! ?

Hey everyone, I didn't want to post this in the main area, buy,.... Sveta and I recieved our NOA2 just a few minutes ago!!!!!!!!!!

OP... From a man's point of view (as askew as it very may well be)..... This is exactly the kind of chatting that I would have done before I met Sveta (while in other relationships I mean) as a way to let the other girl know what she COULD HAVE had, but no longer could have. I thought it was fun (slightly inappropriate) but fun. However.... there is no way that I would do it now that I have someone whom I want to spend the rest of my life with. It would hurt Sveta very much to see something like this and I am sure it would ALMOST any woman who was truly serious about her future. Even if it was just for fun. My honest opinion, you need to set boundaries. Let him know (rationally of course) that to you (don't say "I feel") this is not condusive to a healthy relationship. He should not be describing his anatomical supplies to any woman other than you. Notice that I mentioned not to say "I feel"? The reason being is that he might think that your "feelings" on the subject are overly sensitive and overlook them. Be straight... "this is disrespectful to me and I expect it to not happen again". And then make him take you to a nice restaraunt and give you a massage as remittance.

As I can gather there absolutely is no word in Russian (I'm the USC) for wedgie and from all indications said act would most likely result in injuries to me..... And I am not talking about "medicine cabinet hurt" either........ hospital, x-rays, internal bleeding, knife wounds, high heel in the heinie....Die man?

Yeah... It's very tough, but I agree. I've always said that this waiting time may be a "cooling off" period intended to break the weaker relationships. We just have to keep our eyes on the prize. All of us are over the 100 day mark, so most of us should be approved (or heaven forbid) RFE'd within the next 20-25 days!!!)))). Better days are just around the corner Januaries, so hold fast and let your fiancé (or fiancée) know that you love them and just hold on a few more days!!!!! Everything is going to be alright!!!!! ?

I have to say... My family has been very drama free about Sveta. At first my brother (a government employee) kind of freaked out, but now he is just curious. I'm very proud of them all because of the fact that they have been so receptive, and even excited about meeting her... But then again, they see how she makes me feel and the accomplishments that I have made with her in my life... Stopped smoking... Lost over 100 lbs.... Started writing music and poetry again... Started smiling!!!!????

Yeah, absolutely!!!! But, I will say this much... She has been doing it. At least 1 time every day, and as much as 6 times on a few ocassions. Just like I told Sveta, when you are here and not 6000 miles away, then you can show it!!! But, you know, it's learned responses. She has never heard her mother, father or sister say it, therefore it is difficult for her to say it, but she does it and I'm proud of her!!!!
