The medical is usually only valid for 6 months and when the medical expires so does your visa! So by doing it too early you might have to redo it! So just wait until you have your interview in sight! And you have to do the medical in Canada, the US embassy in Canada should have a link to approved doctors..

Did you send any statements from your Dr in Greece confirming your husband can't be treated in Greece? Or what evidence did you provide for this expedite?

It sounds like you don want to put a dime towards this kid. Does your wife know how you feel? You guys are going to be a family! Idk what you think but that child will be your kids sibling!

How did you file for a fiancé visa by accident??

After the wedding you send in the paperwork. So start reading up on the process and get papers ready. Once you submit the paperwork it will take about a year before your husband will move to the US

Well if you can't prove your residency you may have to head back beforehand and sort it out.

He didn't get the stamp when he entered the country? Does he have an electronic one?
-
You were denied at the interview? It can take a year until you hear anything...
-
I'm sorry for your loss. But since the sponsor died you need a new one.
-
Where in the process are you now? Still waiting on NOA2?

Privacy?? During the immigration process there is no such thing as privacy! ;-)

If you have things on your phone that you are this scared of them seeing I would suggest you either delete whatever it is or just leave the phone at home.

You not filing the I-129f has nothing to do with it. K3 takes about the same time as I-130 so when they reach nvc it will close out. It's just another headache. CR1 takes roughly a year give or take a few months.
-
Why are you doing K3? It's extremely rare these days. It's usually closed out and you'll end up with CR1

You must file taxes in the US no matter where in the world you live and work. Have you not filed taxes for any of the years you lived abroad?
-
Why are you doing K3? That's more or less obsolete! Noa1 is the mail you got confirming they received your paperwork.
Your wife can visit if she has a visa to do so.

You should be fine as long as you have to passport or birth certificates with you. I've traveled internationally a lot with the kids and I've never been asked for a consent letter...
Or did you mean you a consent letter to leave Mexico? What passports are you traveling on?

People should worry about it if they enter on vwp with the intention of getting married and adjust status. I assume you guys decided in the spur of the moment that you wanted to get married then it's just fine!

Would he be hired by a US employer when he moves? If so, no. He can't work until he has his papers in order. And no, he can't work on VWP. First, he isn't entering the US on VWP he's entering on K1. Second, even if he did enter on VWP it's illegal to work on vwp... I don't see how the employer provided him with a vwp...?
