    11 months in AP and my heart is breaking...but just happy my husband is somewhere safe...I pray for all of those with family members and spouses surrounded by violence - I pray they stay safe and unaffected...

      I feel your pain. Our cases as well as been in AP for 11 months, Oct 3 going on one year. :((((

      Thanks for your prayers. My hubby and his family are safe but so many others are not.

      My case was under additional administrative processing for little over 2 years. I Filed writ on Mandamus in Mid July and today I got my IR-1 visa. Please don't take me wrong, but if you can afford 4,k $ than contact good attorney and file litigation without and further delay and get over it other wise let them rule our lives.
