The people suggesting that you straighten out the divorce BEFORE leaving. The suggestions above to just leave, as correctly advised by others, can very likely cause many problems in your future.
My sister's (now) ex-husband split and left the country after several years together. He left with no notice or communication. (Went back to one of his ex-wives in Europe.) He left a HUGE mess here and it took almost 3 years for my sister to obtain her divorce. When it is international, and one party is not absolutely helpful on the paperwork, you have to put notices in the newspapers, hire delivery companies to try repeatedly to deliver the paperwork, pay for lawyers in both countries, etc. It cost her several thousand dollars to divorce him and that was WITH PROOF THAT HE HAD ALREADY MARRIED YET ANOTHER WOMAN IN EUROPE WHILE STILL BEING MARRIED TO MY SISTER. He has already spent time in prison so criminal repercussions are not a deterrent for him. He likes to live "under the radar" and couldn't care less about his or his children's futures.
Until the divorce was final, my sister could not remove him from her health insurance plan; after 10 years, he would have the option to file for half her retirement; plus yet more "fun".
It was an expensive nightmare for my sister where she lost everything she had --house, a vehicle, most of her belongings--she was set back financially about 20 years.
Make sure that everything is as situated as possible before splitting.

I want to give you some UK specific information. From NOA2 to visa, allow 3 months if all goes well. Also post #4 is a totally different process (CR1visa) and none of that answer applies to your K1. You can prepare for the next steps by studying this thread http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/350185-london-2012-k1s-from-noa2-to-interview-thread/ The first post lists things to do right now so when London gets your case, you will be ready with all your paperwork and required documents.
Medical exam: Being pregnant, you can choose to forego the chest x-ray. This is what the technical instructions say about screening for tuberculosis:

Use lead shielding for women of childbearing age.Pregnant women who are asymptomatic * may request that no chest radiograph be taken. Note this request on medical report form and advise applicant to obtain skin test after arrival in U.S .
You will not be given an MMR shot. Pregnant women can get a flu shot, but you don't have to because it will be after flu season ends when your adjustment of Status happens, so will be waived. Tdap or Td is okay. Here's the pregnancy Immunization guidelines http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/preg-guide.htm
Birth of baby and visa. See the two FAQs on the London website here http://london.usembassy.gov/faq-imm-proc.html#iv051
    Note this part :

A child born after the issuance of an immigrant visa will not need a visa to accompany the parent provided they both travel within the period of validity of the visa. A copy of the child's long-form birth certificate showing the name of the parent must be carried for presentation to an immigration inspector at the port of entry, together with a valid travel document for the child.
And just curious to know if you have priced the cost of labor and delivery in the US without health insurance. Also if your fiancé has health insurance, can you be addeded immediately and what will be the cost of his part. It's never cost free, even with insurance. He might want to find out from his insurance carrier, if he has insurance. You might save thousands if the baby is born in the UK with NHS.

iaia reacted to Xanax in coming to US VWP/B1/B2 with intent to marry
    I have to respectfully disagree!
I came to the US with my K-1 pending. I came to the US to prepare everything for my permanent move, arrange the house, get the necessities and fix the house up (husband was a major bachelor), investigate community college, meet my prospective family and make SURE I wanted to do this.
Anyway... I went to the doctor in the US to have my medical done as it was cheaper in the US and when I called USCIS they said it was fine to have it done while here and bring it back with me to Aus (the waiting time for my local one in Aus was long and it was more than double the price) etc.
After my Medical I was told I had a communicable disease (TMI) and would have to be treated before I could leave. After a myriad of tests the issue was resolved and I was told I did not in fact have said disease BUT I will probably always test positive for it at the initial testing stage and it could be a sign of something else, things I should be tested for ASAP. The testing took a few weeks and it was very stressful. My husband (the fiance) and I decided to marry in this time as we were not sure I was even allowed to leave the country if I had said disease or if I have another disease which could prove even worse.I did not want to leave during such a stressful time anyway, if I had, had either disease my husband (then fiance) would have had to be tested and treated too and I did not want to leave him if we were both going through something similarly as horrible.
Similarly, we adopted a puppy when I came to the US who subsequently developed something called "the parvo virus" which nearly killed her. She was in puppy hospital for nearly a month with 24/7 monitoring and was almost put on a breathing machine ($5000 a day). Our puppy who was out of the hospital in May (I went to do my medical in June) was on 4 types on medication daily , numerous times a day, had to have her poop bleached and anything she came in contact with routinely bleached so as not to pass on the infection, she also had a grade 3 heart murmur from the damage the virus did to her heart and had severe separation anxiety from her time at the vet. My husband (then fiance) worked 12 hour days , 4 days a week and could not provide the level of care she needed (we had planned for her to go to daycare or have puppy-sitting during his work days when I returned anticipating at most I would be gone 3 months going by the USCIS timeline and factoring in any "problems" like a RFE) and she was not eligible for any daycare or sitting service as no one wanted to take on such a risk or such a sick dog.
So, I stayed after much discussion , talking to USCIS and soul searching we thought it would be best.
In staying, I missed out on seeing my family (for a year) , I lost my job, I lost most of my friends, I missed Christmas at home and of course I missed out on a "real" wedding and "real" honeymoon. Edit: and I also have to deal with attitudes like this (yours).
Now, of course not everyone's situation is the same and I am sure mine is a far cry from the norm, but you OP do not know everyone's situation and to blanket the statement and to infer everyone who adjusts from the VWP or a B visa is intentionally committing fraud is unfair.
*** I am sure I missed things in my timeline of events but it is dinner time .

EAD in hand, it is much prettier than the post-student EAD.
I already had SSN, so no need to do that. I want to renew my license that expired with visa on sept 19, but I think I will wait for green card, because EAD is valid only 1 year, therefore my license would too. I can wait 1 more week,.
INTERVIEW in 3 DAYS! Tuesday! I go back and forward from being nervous and not. hubby is not nervous at all.

Your first step is to meet in person again so that you are eligible to file the paperwork. Now, just some advice from someone who has been through the process. Before we were married, my fiance and I had spent little time together. We knew each other years before, reconnected, and then decided to get married. I went to visit twice, once to meet the eligibility requirement and to see if we were still compatible. Then I went again in the middle of the process to spend more time together and wait for our approval. Just that little bit of time together did not really give us much of a chance to get to know each other the way we are today. Even though things worked out and we are still married, I really wish that we had had a chance to spend time together in a variety of situations. We both feel that we rushed into things (even though we are both older), but knowing how long the process takes, we didn't want to wait to file the paperwork. There are some things that you probably want to think about. Saving money for the visa process is a good start, but there are going to be many more expenses to think about along the way. If you do a K1 visa, you will need to pay for adjustment of status when you arrive. You mentioned your fiance is in college and that you are both young. She likely has many more years of college, and the US economy is not good right now. It might be hard for you to find a job that can support you both. Last I checked, Brasil does accept co-sponsors, but that isn't going to be a big help to you with your daily expenses, probably. Next, you mentioned that you knew each other in high school. Even though it wasn't that long ago, high school is a completely different world, and people change alot when they leave. I am not trying to talk you out of getting married, but my advice is to spend some time together either here or in Brasil. You will have to meet in person anyway to file the papers, and this would give you a chance to talk through your plans for the future in person. Leaving your home country for good is a lot harder than most people realize, and there is often a huge culture shock. I have lived extensively in both countries, and I feel a huge difference in the USA compared to Brasil. I think running down to Brasil and getting married right away could be too impulsive especially if you haven't seen each other in awhile. Keep in mind that you would be apart for some of the process even if you file for a CR1 visa because it can take up to a year for everything to be done. Also, getting married in Brasil is not something that can be done fast. There are a lot of documents and waiting time, so do some research first if you want to go with that option. Good luck with whatever you decide, and if you have questions about the paperwork, let me know. Wishing you the best!

So an update from our neck of the woods. We finally got our card production txt today (after it switched back the day after interview).. We also found out we got our house, hopefully moving in the next two weeks to our little piece of heaven and my hubbies new full time job (home updates and 2 acres to care for). He is also happy to get his classic cars here and in his garage to start his rebuilds. Happy hubby = happier wife!!
Hopefully I can make the trip back down under in January with my husband to help him finalize everything.. I miss him when we are apart..
I am glad to see everyone moving right along and so many approvals. I am thankful that the stressful USCIS is done for now and now I can focus on my husband, new home, upcoming test and runs!!!
