Yes, it will be denied if you only make $7000 a year. If you don't love this woman and know she has used you, then you should cancel your petition and also divorce her. Why are you waiting and waiting and wishing on a star that it gets denied for lack of income? Take matters into your own hands and withdraw the petition you filed, and stop filling out forms and sending in paperwork. You have the power to stop the process, so do it.

Have a little hard time understanding what are you asking, but with no income and job (and no co-sponsor) the answer is yes, you will get denied.

1. It has to be sent via AMEX courier service to the Islamabad Embassy. Applicant has to bring the packet there.
2. Send copies of the 3-year tax returns and W-2 for 2011.. Make sure you have 2011 tax return available at the time of interview (you can make a note of that in your packet).
3. Have all the originals available. But I will not recommend sending them with the form as the embassy could lose them. Send copies and make a note (on the cover letter may be) that You will have originals available at the time of interview.
4. They say they will contact within 2-3 weeks. It shouldn't take more than a month.

Has the embassy just called youa nd told you to come back to them for another interview? a 3rd interview?
And or passport needs 6 months before it expires to travel so go now and get it renewed

Don't worry about aging out. You shouldn't age out and be converted to F2B if your DS-230 was originally submitted before your CSPA age was 21. Your age is usually locked when you have "sought to acquire a visa", and that's usually considered to be the date your DS-230 was first submitted.

Because they EXPIRED. It's actually good news, it might mean they're ready to issue your visa.
If your medical examination was over 6 months ago, then you'll have to do it again too.
