Additionally just for everyone's knowledge we are not that young. I am 30 and he is 31
At 30 you are still plenty young to find someone else to have a baby with, a stable partner that WILL be there when the going gets rough.
The way you expressed yourself in the initial post, I thought you were close to 34 and a half.
Neither of us can tell you what to do, nor should we impose our views on you (be them pro-life, pro-choice and everything in between). Personally, I believe he might have a change of heart, because of the sudden way in which he called it quits. Sounds like a major case of cold feet more than anything.
See your counselor and try to chose what it is best for YOU. Not for a clump of cells, not for your ex, for YOU.

From what I understand, the prenatal tests amount to around 2,000. For delivery, you can go for emergency medicaid.

Ugh, the medical records from Romania seem to be problematic, please keep us posted with what happens next.

FYI, for anyone who must go the Ukraine Embassy. I have read on this site for 10 months how easy the Medical and Embassy Interview is in the Ukraine. We passed the Interview, but my Elena was a wreck after leaving. She was interviewed for 1 1/2 hour. Asked 10 questions, answered all correct....when most are asked 3. They read many letters we exchanged, read many pages of Skype, read many pages of Face Book. Looked at every picture she took with her. The lady interviewing her even left the room twice. Yes, we passed, but this was no cake walk....Be prepared for anything.
Perhaps you had a lot of red flags?

Samiha,
Ever thought about telling your family you were simply denied visa and invoke that as a reason for divorce?

My local office is processing December 12th. We are getting pretty close to our 6 months, are you guys gonna put in service requests soon?

If the child has a passport from the Philippines, it is pretty easy, all she need to do is come up with money for the plane tickets.

Therefore, your wife should claim she is illegal here and get full medical benefits!

I am still waiting. Someone else in my boat?

Congrats for what? Breaking the law and getting away with it?

Well I am a witness {not JW either}, an example. I have 4 children we do not immunize and has never contracted the disease. Eat a plant based diet and follow all the health laws and God promises to not put those diseases upon you.
No, they did not get anything because other parents around you gave their kids the shots.
Why dont you go for a month in India and see how powerful God really is?

You could also get a job and then apply for a credit card.

The affidavit of support does not exist to offer the immigrant alimony.
If your wife has the child as a primary custodian, then man up. get a job, put your life together and remember to pay child support.

Felicitari!
Finally!

If you did not have an interview notice by now, chances are you wont be getting one - that is, that your case is at NBC and you are in for the long wait. Welcome to the club!

There are advantages to being a citizen - other than the ones already mentioned, you can also live outside the US for a long period of time and return whenever you wish.
I find the husband controlling, really.

I am more anxious for you guys to get the GC than for me, it is really been a trying period. So damn unfair that some get theirs in 3-4 months, while others have been waiting and waiting.

The last time we had to change our address, we decided to fill out and print the AR-11 and I-865 after I had tried different browsers and none worked. The post office is only half a mile away from us so it was easy to drop off the two separate envelopes.
That won't work, if you also did part 2 - that can only be updated online or over the phone.
To the OP - I got the exact same problem, filled in step 1, then would not allow me to move on to step 2 (I even put in data in the Legal representative field, and still nothing). I strongly suggest you call them and talk to a tier2 who can operate the changes in the system. You should be getting a confirmation letter through mail to your new address.

All right! Happy belated 4th of July to all!

I really dont see why not meeting in India would be a problem.
I would NEVER go to India, the thought scares me more than Iraq honestly. The rape epidemic, the number of diseases, the poverty that would depress me, the constant harassing in the street of foreigners, definitely no-no.
He is a student in India, so I am guessing his family is not there with him.
I would rather have a friend with me when meeting someone met over the internet for the first time too, actually I did, when Mr. Peter_Pan came to see me, we took a friend of mine on our first trip.
Anyway, good luck to the OP!

Once the card is issues, unfortunately. Almost one year lost on the path to citizenship.
