Our papers for IR1 are now in process at USCIS, If ever my schedule for interview will be on April 2012. Do I have to provide a Federal Tax return for Year 2011 during the interview? Thanks
-
Hello is it ok to filled I-864 and ds-230 in handwritten? And if it's in handwritten do I need write it all in capital letters? thanks...
-
In that case please leave 24b of your husband's I-864 blank.
thank you... but my hubby still trying to figure out how he will determine his annual income, as I have asked before on another thread he is a merchant marine and has a sporadic type of job. well, maybe he will just put all the income he earned from 3 different companies this year 2011 as his current annual income. that's why we will be getting a joint sponsor although he met the poverty guidelines because the nature of his work might be questioned... thanks navyk

Your husband's I-864:
23 - his current annual income.
24a - copy 23 here
24b - his brother-in-law's name, relationship & his current annual income
25 - your husband's 2010, 2009 & 2008 incomes from his tax returns
Your husband's BIL's I-864
23 - BIL's current annual income (same as 24b of your husband's I-864)
24a - copy 23 here
24b - none
25 - BIL's 2010, 2009 & 2008 incomes from his tax returns
navyk, do we need to put BIL on my husband's 24b? the BIL and hubby are not living on the same household... thanks

Hi if you know the same thread as this topic, kindly share with me the link for it please... That would really help me big time... Thank you...

hello, here's the situation my husband (the petitioner) will be getting his bro-in-law as joint sponsor, who files tax jointly w/ his wife.
Now, my question is what to put on lines 23,24 and 25 on bro-in-law's I-864?
Note: bro-in-law's income alone is big enough to pass the poverty guidelines.
bro-in-law will provide tax returns and W2's instead of tax transcript will that be ok?
Thanks for taking some time reading this your help will be much appreciated... THANK YOU...

You just answered your own question. No member could answer it. Only You and your Husband would know.
thanks...

thanks for replying... Well my husband wants to make everything ok before bringing me and our son to the US. most likely financially.

What would be the best answer for this question on an interview with the CO "Why does your husband file a petition just recently after 5 years of marriage?"
I know this might need a personal answer... But your insight and ideas would be deeply appreciated... Thanks friends
GOD bless!!!

Guys, I posted this so that others learn from my bad experience and avoid such foolish mistakes.
Well looking at this positively, we still have a chance of making it to the October Interview. Who knows there may be a blessing in disguise behind this mishap for us. Wife (who was disappointed that we missed September narrowly) called and was very understanding - is planning to go to her grand parents house to spend sometime with them.
I thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for His grace is sufficient for us.

After all, your case is definitely nearing the finish line so no worries... And I'm sure in GOD's time you and your wife will be together anyway... Cheer up

Just wondering if there are any July 2011 Filers here. If so, post up your visa journey as the process goes on!
Hubby sent I-130 June 30... Got my NOA1 July 07... So I guess I'm IN!!!
As per visa status... Still waiting for noa2...
-
try it...you will find out...
don't have my NOA2 yet that's why I'm asking... and as far as I know there's nothing wrong in asking questions for future preparation...
Yes, when you print it, you can choose how many copies you want to print out.
Thank you for answering it clear saylin... GOD bless

after the payment of aos and IV is it possible to print the barcoded sheet in multiple copies? just curious thanks

Been checking updates from USCIS website for at least 9x a day... Too much craziness
Oh NOA2 please be here...
-
Not normally- if you flew directly from the US to the other country, they MAY be able to access the flight manifests. But they are unlikely to do so unless there is a terrorist issue. Ie if you are asking if he government can look it up easily to save you from showing proof your USC has been in the country to visit you then no.

This exactly was the focal point of my question... oh well, let me just get back to other evidences of the marriage thanks
-
Does the US consulate has its record of a USC's entry and exit to a certain country? thanks
-
2010 was marked X then you need to send them another copy of it. Whether you sent it or not we can't afford a debate with NVC just send what they want...

VJ can do better than any other attorney

Then there will be just the one I-864 and yes, your husband will list his son as a dependent on that form whether his name appears on any tax returns or not.
Thank you pushbrk...
