Have you talked to another operator asking for another second or third or fourth data about your case? Thats what happened to my son's case. My husband decided to send them a scanned copy of the NOA2. After 2 days, we got email from NVC that the file is in the building & still has to wait 4-6 weeks for further processing. We'll its a lot better than hearing them say that we do not have a record of your case.

You should be getting yours either this week or next! NVC has been assigning case numbers for cases approved in the first two weeks of December. You're up next

I still don't have nvc case number yet I've been approved by USCIS last dec. 17 =(

I think it will certainly help... especially if the documents attached is placed according to order you stated in your cover letter. It will be less headache for the reviewer...

Hello Vj peeps... Just curious in sending AOS & IV packet is it necessary to include a cover letter (Not the bar coded sheet) the one that states the detailed list of what's inside the packet? Or I can send it w/o it? Thanks for the replies God bless

NOA2... yay after 164 days

Awwww guys after 164 days, the round thingy on USCIS website finally moved to Post Decision Activity!!! yay This is noa2 right? I'm so happy an early Christmas gift for me & my hubby <3 There's hope July filers!!! God bless!!!

My hubby just contacted his congressman to asked for an assistance about our I-130 application because we already reached our 5th month mark... & the following are the reply of the congressman to my husband...

"Today my office was informed by the California Immigration Processing Center that your wife's application is set to be reviewed in January or February, 2012, since all processing is taking 1-2 months longer than identified on the web site. When the California Service Center finishes their review they will contact you directly. I am pleased that we were able to obtain this infonnation for you

this is perfectly ridiculous they want us to accept the fact that July filers need to wait for 7 months or more... or maybe 48 years to get an approval!!! =(

i just got the NOA 2 approval email just now.. but it is bitter sweet. My wife's approval came through but still waiting for that of my daughter

Our supposed to be "precious time" w/ our spouses are being snatched by USCIS... Too much time wasted... we don't deserve this we're supposed to be happily reunited w/ our love ones... what's happening?

I've been waiting for almost 5 months now... Just keep your cool there are still June filers who haven't got their noa2's yet...

I want OUT of the storage warehouse RIGHT NOW! Who else wants to cry with me? All we can do right now is pray and realize this is in God's will and in time we will be with our loved ones. I saw some late July filers approved for I129F. Why are they more important than us married couples?
