Got my NVC Case number, should I go ahead and email them the DS-3032? Or should I wait for another email from them?

You still need to pay the fees before sending anything to them or at least pay aos (in my case) Just wait for their email & for further instructions good luck!!!

My wife got an email from NVC with 14 March interview date in Manila. The case closed 1/26. I was surprised coz i was expecting to wait until mid-feb to have date.

Does anyone of you had an experience of submitting documents from a joint sponsor along w/ ur AOS, but disregarded at the Consulate because they said that the petitioner's income is enough that there's no need to have a joint sponsor? Thanks

If the NVC finds out that we don't need a joint sponsor at all, but on our AOS packet we had a joint sponsor as back up... Do u think that would cause us an RFE?

I already sent the aos and IV packet in 1 package but w/ 2 different envelopes inside... I was just a bit worried because on the courier envelope this is what a wrote:

TO: National Visa Center

Attn: cmr and cmr aos

31 rochester....

I'm going to send our AOS packet along w/ our IV packet... I put it on 2 different envelopes... I was just wondering, what address to put on fedex envelope do I still need to put attn. or just the address alone... can I put attn: CMR & CMR AOS? i'm a bit confused please help thanks =)

Nope, if you're not from an EP-eligible country, then you are NOT allowed to email documents. You HAVE to snail mail it. Sorry!

hello again friends... I'm just curious if ever nvc sends us an rfe like for ex. they wanted another copy of I-864, can we just scan & email it to them or we still need to re send it thru mail? thanks for the responses =)

Yes, in the situation you describe, you multiply his current gross monthly earnings by 12 and that's his current income.

My hubby is a merchant marine w/c has a usual 4-months contract per company... But by August 2011 he finally got a permanent company... My question is what will we be putting on his current annual income, on his latest pay stub, his current total earnings per month is 4,412.23. do we need to multiply that by 12 to get the current annual income? thanks... your answers will be much appreciated =)

yup that's the only salary btw, my hubby is the USC & he only has 1 job =)

My IV fee on the portal is still not clickable... Hey NVC can I just pay???

I called up NVC today and they told me that I can now pay my IV fees, but on the portal I still cannot be able to click the box to pay my IV fees... =( what's happening? Do I need to panic? or is this normal... It's been 2 days since my AOS appeared PAID on the portal please help... Thanks

Well, your AOS fee status should change to PAID soon. Then you can send the AOS package, using the cover sheet linked in the receipt page of the portal.

Wait a little more for the IV fee to become active, and you'll be able to select it and to pay it too.

I paid our AOS last saturday (friday night US time) and its still IN PROCESS on the portal, them my IV changed from "not invoiced" to "not paid"... Can someone please tell me what do I expect next? thanks

During the interview, do I need to bring another I-864 and Ds form... Or just a copy/scan of the forms we sent from the NVC? thanks...

Once the bill says 'PAID'. Then you can print out the cover sheet, attach it to the AOS package, and mail it

I just paid our aos fee awhile ago... The portal says it's "IN PROCESS" my question is when can I be able to print out the barcoded sheet needed for my AOS? thanks

Yup, they can be mailed in the same package. Lots of people do it. And yes, make sure they're in separate envelopes and marked properly.

And sending it from the Philippines should be fine. As long as NVC gets it, they don't really care where it comes from.
