Well, within 2 days USCIS took fifteen minutes to write me a nice letter to tell me they couldn't take fifteen minutes to look at our petition within 139 days.
Ah well. Another shiny piece of mail addressing me as 'mrs' for the old 'bona fide relationship' pile.
Hi would u mind sharing the format of the letter you sent to your congressman? Thank you...

If your spouse has secured a home mortgage or any other secured loan he will have provided this information. That would be how he would present his income / employment history for the affidavit of support.
I have a brother who was in the merchant marine for years. I will ask him how he documented his income for home mortgages, etc.
awww... thanks Ahn Map I hope you & your brother can help me w/ my situation regarding my hubby's income... thank you so much hope to hear from you soon
GOD bless...

We also considering the option of having a joint sponsor not because my husband's income isn't good enough to for the poverty guidelines... but because of the fact that he has no permanent company... thanks again...

What's the question?
I'm sorry I've been asking this before but no one can actually provide a clearer answer for my query... here it goes... my husband is a US merchant marine he is a member of a union. A union where he got his job he doesn't have a permanent company because every time he's done with a particular work he will then go to the Union and finds another company to work with. So my question is what will he put on as his employer in I-864? will he be putting the latest company he worked with? And also been worrying about this, sometimes he just work for 4 months in a year but gaining some 28k as income would this be a problem considering the fact that he doesn't have a permanent company? But sure to have work anytime he wants as member of Union? Any help and opinion regarding this? thank you guys for helping me out... God bless...

How can we remind USCIS that June & July filers still exist... haizzz

So tired of seeing "Initial Review" on my case status at USCIS website
When will that blue circle move???? huhuhu...

IR1 here
waiting for my NOA2...

July filer here... I think we need to gear ourselves up for extra more months of waiting for our noa2's & sadly, for now we can do nothing but to wait
-
Over 3 months at USCIS, and still not a word from them. I feel us July-filers are very demotivated now...
If only I could offer some advice to USCIS to speed up their process through lean management to get things done more efficiently... but it's the government.
I'm feelinn' you... seems like USCIS forgot to notice June-July filers' existence
-
If there's an award for the most frequent USCIS website visitor... well, I guess I'll be the winner
where are you NOA2? momma's waiting <3

June and July filers are the most unluckiest beings
-
Let's all hope for the best...

I just saw a June 22, 2011 get approved. I do feel it may take 2 more weeks. Where is that data coming from that says they are processing July 14, 2011 applications?
I guess the data comes from the timeline of the VJ members... goodluck to us... I hope ours come anytime soon
