I understand that's the whole issue though. "In Good Faith" She told me after filing the last set of forms we filed that she never loved me and that she only came because she had a boyfriend that went abroad and was suppose to send for her but never contacted her. I don't know maybe she thought she could find him. Anyway, she also didn't tell me about a former pregnancy she had that she lost because she didn't go get prenatel care and wanted to hide it from her family until we were at the Embassy in the Philippines. By then she was pregnant rith my child and I had to make sure she took proper care. So I accepted it for the time being but now it all seems to be fitting together. I don't want to send her back because we didn't make it, I want not to be played by someone looking for easy street at the price losing my children. one last thing , her and a friend of hers that is also here got into an argument and the other girl (who was her friend in the philippines) outed her past in the Philippines that she was a prostitute and had more than the one pregnancy and aborted them. This tells me that I was played and that constitutes a "Marriage NOT In Good Faith. That's the reason for my actions. No More no Less. Am I wrong for that?

No it isn't, please stop posting bunk information like this.
Entering on a nonimmigrant visa (such as a tourist visa) and then adjusting status following a change in circumstances is perfectly legal and thousands of people do it every year.
Entering the US on a nonimmigrant visa with the preconceived intent to remain is immigration fraud.
The two are not the same thing.

A clue for all you VJers. If a Chinese woman is 20 - 30 years younger than you. Your chances of having a life partner are not good, no matter what they tell you.
Like the old song says: If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, get an ugly girl to marry you.

It's an injustice that my application have to be lumped together with yours during this process.

Brook dear this is some sick advise you're getting , feeding on your pains is all they're doing. Seek family counseling and try to stay with your family. Thats life, you experience hardships you're just gonna walk away ?? nahhh be strong work it out and preserve your family.
Brook I know how you feel , I really do, but stay collected and calm. Dont be so quick to seek divorce.

In the Philippines, you expect your children to support you in your old age out of a sense of obligation. In America, you expect the government to steal the money from your children and grandchildren for you.

Emergency medicaid to cover the birth of child is NOT a means-tested benefit. It has nothing to do with the I-864.

No, the sponsor won't be liable for paying back the benefits.
    Sorry you are incorrect.
Food stamps are tricky. A lot depends on the case worker and how they calculate the household size. In most cases, the alien won't be eligible. But the USC spouse and US citizen children will be.

Regarding unemployment,,, if you qualified,,, you should of applied. It is not welfare it is insurance paid by your employer and DOES NOT having any effect in regards to your affidavit of support.
Note: I think food stamps fall in a non-reimbusable category too,,, as it is funded under the agriculture dept and not considered
welfare... Might want to double check that one.

Sorry to here that the marriage may not work out. Why do you want to punish him by sending him back home? Once he received his 2-yr GC he was on his way to becoming a USC as long as he entered the marriage in good faith. He can file ROC with or without you and once approved, he can file to become a USC after 5-years if you divorce. Nothing you can do to prevent this. I would decide if you want to remain in this marriage. NO ONE WILL EVER CHANGE!!! I hope you did not marry him and hope you could change him. You need to accept him as is or move on without the need to send his behind back to the country he came from.
    Good luck,
    Dave

Good thing you're saving all that money on cheap booze and ####### from Amazon. You're gonna need it to pay your health insurance premiums.
