US Immigration from Vietnam

My fianc is a US citizen, but he doesn't have a job. He lives in a house that is subsidized by the government. I came here on a tourist visa that has now expired. I used to work with fake documents and received welfare. My income has reached the federal poverty line. Can I still apply for a green card?

I am confused as to where to file our i-485 form for our approved 129f K1. When I visit the UCIS website, it directs me to the Family-Based form submission addresses. When I visit that page, it lists Phoenix, AZ, for Tennessee. However, when I Google the question, AI responds Dallas, TX. It also says to reference the i-485 instructions, which have no reference to where to send. I am 90% certain that I need to send to Phoenix, but I trust confirmation from here so that I do not waste valuable time resubmitting or having the packet forwarded and potentially lost.

I live in US and a Vietnamese in-law living in Vietnam was approved a B-2 visitor visa . I want to get traveler's insurance to cover the Vietnamese in-law while visiting U.S. Does anyone have experience with getting one and if so share their experiences?

My family have pending I485 cases.
my case was transferred from CSC to TSC and now back to CSC.
my husband and daughters cases are move from CSC to TSC.

im the primary filer for the document so what does it mean that my cases was transferred back and forth. And whether this separation would affect the timeline of our case?
