US Immigration from Vietnam

My wife has her visa interview next month at the HCMC consulate. I will accompany my wife to her interview, but we're not sure if we'll be allowed to bring our 11 month old baby into the consulate with us. Our baby already has dual citizenship, so we're not applying for a visa for her. Anyone have any experience on wether or not we will be able to bring our baby with us into the interview?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has recently (or in the last few years), have had their K-1 Fianc e Interview at the U.S. Consulate/Embassy in HCMC, South Vietnam. I'm preparing a list of 100 questions to go over with my Fianc e and I hope to prepare her as best as possible.

The HCMC Embassy is one of the strictest embassies in the world due to the high volume of cases, and high cases of fraud (VN nationals paying to get a green card/spouses leaving after getting permanent residency). My fianc e doesn't speak English and me being a Vietnamese-American am trying to prepare her for even the most difficult questions possible.

when i sponsor my wife to the usa which i was successful my lawyer informed me that we would need my wifes ex husbands written consent to file a form for my wifes daughter also.

i went on ahead and just did it for my wife and she is now in the usa with a 10 year visa. is it possible for my wife to sponsor her own daughter without the fathers consent??

my wife has full custody of her daughter in the divorce papers. the ex husband does not help take care financially or anything. she is 12yo

This is really topic for all K1 in Viet Nam "HCM consulate" try to getting the interview appointment slot. (I'm sure all other counties the same too)

Does anyone know how many times a day you can check for the slot before got locked out for 72 hours ?

When is the slot normal posted or open ? I just don't understand the system at all ?

My wife received an email with her interview appointment at Ho Chi Minh US Consulate but we haven't received an interview letter in the mail. The email says we need to bring the letter to her medical exam and to the interview. Do we just print the email and bring to both appointment?
