US Immigration from Venezuela

Just venting here. We filed for AOS back in June 2021 via the Atlanta office. In September 2021 we got notified that we are scheduling you for your Green Card interview, we will notify you. So far nothing. When I checked the Atlanta office online last year it showed 26 months for 80% of the cases to go through for I-485 AIS. Now I check and it s 36 months smh.

Hi there! I filed for removal of conditions in sept 2021. SRC and then transferred to NBC. I m having my N400 interview next month in Houston. My letter did not say anything about a combo interview. Should I mention it to the officer?

Do you guys have a list of paperwork I need to bring to the N400 interview? Is it okay not to have a lawyer present?

I have a question regarding my mother in law documents which are at the NVC stage

i submitted all her civil documents which were all accepted but on the affidavit form I-864 we received a message from NVC stating we needed to resubmit a new I-864 including all pages even if they were blank

I think they are confused in regards to this because if you go to uscis website and download form I-864 it contains only 10 pages and all of them were included when i uploaded the form to NVC. I just resubmitted the same form as i did at the beginning.

I dont know if previous editions of the form contained 12 pages, but the latest one from USCIS contains only 10 pages.

Today I was checking my wife's case with Emma and the agent told us that her case was transferred to our local Field Office on Feb 13th. Is this good news? Does it mean an interview can be scheduled soon?

Hello! Has anyone who applied to remove conditions in 2020, 2021 or 2022 receive the newest extension letter? I applied in September of 2021 and haven t gotten one yet.
