Change of Address Help!

Hello everyone!

Im having a very frustrating time with USCIS right now and I was wondering if someone could give me some advice.

Back in January this year my wife (USC) and I moved into a new apartment. I ve been living here since June I already have my green card in hand. Anyway as per the USCIS website I put in a submission to change our address as well as filing the paperwork to update the sponsor address (my wife in this case)

Fast forward a few weeks and received notice of the sponsorship address change. However my wife s name was listed as the beneficiary as well as the petitioner. I called the UCSIS phone line to have this amended and after what felt like a lifetime. I was told that we would need to submit a typography error for that form online.

I also asked if my address request had been taken care of and the advisor said they still had my old address on file and I would need to file the AR-11 form by mail. Which I did the next day.

The first issue I have is that the I-865 form is not listed on the e-filing website. So how am I supposed to make them aware of this if the form is not able to be selected.

My second issue is that it has been almost 4 weeks since I filed the AR-11 and I m yet to receive any type of confirmation.

I tried to call UCSIS today and as per usual the automated line just sent me in a loop and I m not able to speak to an actual human about my situation.

My worry is now that our information is effectively out of date. And I m trying every avenue to get this done but it feels like I m smashing my head against a brick wall each time. I have the submission requests to show we have done this within the 10 day time frame. But I m not feeling super confident about this.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can get this information fixed and confirmed. Is it something I can book an appointment for at our local UCSIS office for or will they just send me back in a loop again?

Thanks!

I-134 Affidavit of Support for K-1 fiance visa London Embassy

My fianc e does not have a high income. She is on SSDI. However, she does have more than $100,000 in a family trust from an inheritance. Would this money count as an asset of hers for the purposes of the I-134 Affidavit of Support for K-1 visa? I am guessing not as the funds are not under her control. The trustees of this trust are two close family members. Could this trust be a financial co-sponsor or do co-sponsors have be natural persons?

Second question, has anyone sponsored himself/herself on the I-134 at the London Embassy? When my house is sold I will have about $100,000 in cash after the outstanding mortgage balance is paid.

(I am also trying to find a financial co-sponsor.)

Hi,

My daughter wants to move back to the UK for 2 years to do her studies and is looking into applying for a re-entry permit (I-131) but she isn't sure if she will get the biometrics appointment in time. She wants to file around April-May and wants to leave by mid-July. Would she have done her biometrics appointment by then, or is there a backlog? Thank you!

Traveling with Extension Letter; Passenger Details For Airline

I'm traveling in a month to the UK with my spouse and child. We went two years ago with an extension letter and had no issues, just some extra processing at check in and when I came back to the US. I was entering our passenger details on the British Airways website, we flew a different airline before. Passport info is straight forward but then it asks for my green card info. I included my USCIS number as it's written on the card but for expiration it doesn't allow me to add a date in the past, for obvious reasons. With the extension letter it should be straight forward like before when I'm traveling. But for my passenger details in the lead up should I put the expiration as it would be with the extension letter, adding 48 months on? Leave everything blank and do it at check in? Call and find out best way to proceed? Just wondering if anything that went through know of the best way to handle this?
