Spokane civil surgeon recommendations and missing medical help!

Hi everyone,

So, this is my first ever topic post so I am hopeful that I have put it in the right area/s correctly.

For the backstory, I had my marriage based AOSgreencard interview on September 10th 2020. I was advised at the end that my medical file is missing so my case cannot be further processed until they could locate it. I guess they couldn t find it and I have just been sent in the mail today an RFE detailing that I need to send in:

a full copy of your overseas medical exam (including the overseas vaccination documentation worksheet)

OR

a complete form I-693, report of medical examination and vaccination record.

In the first instance, I have contacted where I got the medical exam done in London (Visa Medicals in Knightsbridge) to see what they can give to me.

In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations or contact details for a civil surgeon based in Spokane, Washington that would be able to help me. Or just anywhere in Washington state?

I have found a couple of contacts on the USCIS website but I really need this to be as cost effective as possible due to COVID related business impact on my husbands work. I mean, it should be very straight forward as I definitely meet all the vaccination requirements & such already so I would think I just need someone to sign the form for me.

I really hope to hear from anyone/someone soon with suggestions!

Forever grateful for this fantastic resource,

Meg

Not for me but for my husband's adult son. He wants his girlfriend to visit from the UK. Planning to fly direct into the USA from Manchester, GB.

I thought the ban was still in effect, but can anyone clarify? She is a British Citizen, they aren't married etc....

I just want to clarify so I can advise him it may be good for him to see her rather than have a major disappointment come December.

Hi,

I am finally trying to visit my husband in Ohio - i didnt realise spouses were exempt from the ban.. Ive seen other spouses have successfully made it into the USA to visit on an ESTA (the i-130 hasnt even been looked at yet)

Just wondering if anyone has been via Dublin since the COVID restrictions as i know you pass US immigration there. Wasnt sure if they would be more strict?

Any help appreciated

Hi,

We've got NVC cases interview topic, so as per helpful suggestion - here it is topic for expedite cases.

Just wondering if anyone here has been recently expedite with their CR1/IR1?

I've been expedited on 20th Oct and my vase has been with London Embassy since 22nd October. I've managed to register to courier and visa schedulling website. However, I do struggle with finding any one slots :( Currently there is only one day for first week of Nov, and to be fair it's been like this since I've started checking it.

As far as I'm aware DFC cases still scheduling their interviews. Is there any 'rules' with opening slots on the interview calendars? I would appreciate if someone can give any advise on it.

Hi all,

We sent off our I-129F in July , my residency was in UK and that was the address that I put down on our form.

I was in Hong Kong at the time of the application visiting family as a vacation but due to Covid, I have now decided to remain here longer.

Do I need to update this new information? and if so how?

My residency in UK is still valid, I just plan to return later than intended due to this whole pandemic.

I still intend to use the London Embassy even though I am in Hong Kong. I will still want to fly back for the interview and medical.

Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you.
