Hi guys. I am just curious if anyone has traveled between the US & UK recently and if they experienced any problems with entry either end due to Covid. I'm a British citizen with a greencard living permanently in the US. As far as I can tell, British citizens are allowed to enter the UK but they must isolate for 14 days or the entire trip length if only staying less than 14 days. As a greencard holder I will be allowed to return to the US since we hold permanent residency status here. My trip would only be 5 days to visit my parents only and stay in their home. I would obviously get a covid test 3 days before departure. I would isolate in their home while I was there and abide by all the rules for quarantining both sides. I know there is a form to complete so I can be located while in the UK. Has anyone had any experience with it, am I overlooking anything or should I expect any difficulties? It's not a definite, I'm just trying to find out if it is a possibility. Thanks in advance.

Hi, so my interview is next week.. on the yes/ no questions( can t remember the name of the form) I answered yes to the question which asks if you violated your immigration status in any way. I answered yes as I overstayed my esta.. a work colleague went for the interview and they asked her that question and she answered no.. she came here as a kid and only jut now coz adjusted status thru marriage. She said her lawyer told her to say no... but when I filled out my paperwork I asked on here and someone said to say yes as they will know that I overstayed anyway so better to say yes than lie and say no.. should this be something to be worried about at the interview? If I say yes at the interview I mean..

Hey all, I have my GC interview in NYC coming up. I was wondering if, (as I am now working) I need to bring an updated affidavit of support? Also is it recommended to bring all bank joint statements from every month or just the latest ones? Many thanks for your help!

Hi, I have arrived in United States in March and when I received my green card in April. They have misspelled my last name so I return my card requesting for a replacement green card due to the mistake. This was since June and I still haven t heard anything since I receive the notice. The update on my profile says that they will schedule a biometric appointment. I have been calling USCIS but there is no way to speak to someone it s always the machine and no operator. The stamp on passport expires in March 2021. I am just very concerned and not too sure what to do here. Is there anyone in the same situation who can provide advice or any other number to call to speak to a live operator? Thank you

Hi all, I've a few questions regarding the I-944 that I am filling in for my AOS from the J1 visa. On question 2, 1b I have put my wife and her information, it then asks Is this individual filing an application for an immigration benefit with you or has this individual already filed an application? I don't fully understand this question. She is filling in the i-130 as part of the AOS, does that mean I say yes? Is it anything to do with the filling of other paperwork for my AOS or is it to do with claiming unemployment benefits/medicaid etc? I have never claimed anything as I am not allowed to as part of being on a J-1 visa. With regards to showing evidence of completing High School, I do not actually have a certification to say I have completed High School as this is not a thing in the UK. I have my GCSE certificates (these are subject results) that I completed in High School. Do I need to find proof that I have completed High School? I have two University degrees and will include these are my proof of education but I am a little worried about no proof of High School completion. Thank you
