US Immigration from United Kingdom

Just wondering if anyone could post their examples of what they received from their doctor in regards to a patient summary. There was some on the other forum but they got deleted as it was going off topic. My doctor clearly hasn't had this kind of request before (especially for US Visa purposes), so would be good to have some examples.

I can't find where on the travel.state.gov London embassy Medical preparation it says we have to have this so thank goodness for these forums!

Any help would be appreciated and anyone interviewing this month, all the best!

I am a US citizen, living in the UK.

I am looking to bring my husband (UK citizen) and daughter (UK citizen) to the US under an IR1 visa.

I have some questions around this which I am hoping to receive some advice on.

1) I-130: I know I need to submit this for my husband but does my daughter need a separate one (please note that she will have a US passport and I have applied for the CBRA with the embassy)?

2) Once our visa is approved do I need to travel with my husband as his sponsor or can he arrive at a later date / separately?

3) How does health insurance work if, for example, we move to the US without either of us having jobs lined up prior to moving?

4) Timelines: From having a brief look at the timelines posted currently, it seems to be about 12-15months. Is this relatively accurate for current applications?

Mailing out my re-submission tomorrow (They rejected & sent back to me because our credit card wouldn't charge) so we are re-sending with a check.

On my paperwork they sent back, they have barcode/number scan printed on each page but 2 of the pages have pen line drawn through the barcode/number scan. Does this mean I have to send a complete fresh copy? I'm getting mixed information upon searching the forum, some posts say re-send as you received it back as they put it in order but I don't want to resend it if the pen line through their barcode scan means it's invalid & they need a fresh copy?

My I-751 came back to us rejected as our credit card wouldn t accept the charge so we re going to resend with a check - my question is, my cover letter I typed up mentions credit card form & not a check.. this has been scanned into USCIS system along with all the other pages of my application we sent

Do I need to make.a whole new cover letter to state there s a check & take out the old scanned copy?

I don t want to screw this up seeing as everything has a scanned print on bottom of every page.

I received my rescheduled interview letter today (first one was cancelled a year ago because of Covid). One of the documents that I need to bring is my UK passport, as I ve entered and left the US on it. However, it expired last month and so I ve applied for a new one and had to send it back. There s no chance of it being returned before my interview, as my passport renewal application is on hold as my UK and Irish passport have different middle names. The UK won t issue a new passport until my Irish passport has middle names added and Ireland are only processing emergency passports at the moment.

Is there any issue if I turn up for my interview without my UK passport? From the photocopies I ve sent they will be able to see that it has expired, and I can supply proof of my new application and of Ireland putting a hold on passport applications.
