US Immigration from United Kingdom

Apologies if this topic has been done to death but I was feeling very OK about submitting our petition to all of a sudden feeling overwhelmed and confused! I am a UK citizen and my wife is a U.S. Citizen. We've been in the U.K. a few years and long story short her dream is to move home but she came to the UK during COVID as it was quicker and easier for us to be together but now she is really feeling the itch to move - which I am super on board with! So we're about to submit the docs and have all our evidence for the I-130 and completed the supplementary I-130A but I keep seeing things about DCF and exceptional circumstance required to file at the London Embassy?

I was just planning on submitting the I-130 online and paying via the USCIS and where it gets to the question regarding processing outside of the states (part 4 on the paper I-130 form)

"The beneficiary will not apply for adjustment of status in the United States, but he or she will apply for an immigrant visa abroad at the U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate In:"

I have just entered the following:

City or Town - "London"

Province - "_"

Country - "UK"

Is that correct? Should I be doing having to reach out to the embassy first? I am having doubts now that I am misunderstanding how to file this form.

Apologies if this is a duplicate. I see a lot of discussion over the initial packet, but I couldn't find any related to the interview itself.

I have joint I-751 and N-400 interview this week and in my interview notice letter they list what I need to bring, which is great, except:

"All travel documents used to enter the United States, including Passports, Advance Parole Documents (Form I-I512), and Arrival/Departure Document (Form I-94)"

As a current LPR, I can't pull an I-94 anymore. Am I misunderstanding this requirement?

My window for filing the N-400 under the three year rule will open at the end of February 2025. I arrived in the US on a K-1 in 2021.

Wondering about the tax return requirements. Our taxes for the last three years look like:

2021: MFS (as required, spouse name is on 1040)

2022: MFJ

2023:MFJ

The 90 day window will open before I have all of the documents ready to complete the 2024 return MFJ. I guess I have three options:

1) File N-400 with 2021-2023

2) File 2024 MFJ knowing it will probably need to be updated and send N-400 with 2022-2024

3) Wait until 2024 tax return can be filed with all forms (may take a long time as one particular accountant is extremely slow and the issue they are working on is somewhat tricky)

Obviously 3) is the clearest option but I really would like to file N-400 as soon as possible. Would it be an issue going with 1) or 2)?

I came to Michigan from Scotland on a fiancee visa, get married to the love of my life & lost him 6 months later to cancer.

USCIS kindly granted me a 10 year green card because I wanted to stay where my wonderful husband & I had our short but amazing life together.

It's been 5 years & I have built a life for myself here, he would be so proud of me

I want to stay & acquire dual citizenship(I'm originally from Scotland) but I have no idea how or where to begin....I've been attempting to figure it out online but I'm not getting anywhere....

Please Please can someone here advise me?
