US Immigration from United Arab Emirates

I recently submitted my mother's 2 marriage certificates. One in Urdu (Nikka Nama) and another one in English (NADRA) of the same thing as stated on NVC website (Link). Now they have rejected her marriage certificate again stating that Pakistan requires 3 certificates. NVC seems to be contradicting themselves. Can anybody here provide any guidance. Thanks

Hello everyone I applied for my both parents i130 they got approved from the uscis couple days after I got a mail from the nvc greeting letter and case number under my father name, is the case for both or only my father and why my mother case didn't come yet is it normal

On CEAC everything is showing "accepted" but I don't receive an official email or nothing in the messages in CEAC that says "documentarily qualified"

My wife is waiting for her IR-1 visa interview date from the Embassy, still at NVC but documentarly qualified, and pending Embassy interview date.

Her passport is expiring on April 9, 2023.

Can she apply to renew her passport now before the interview? Are there any additional steps that we need to make after passport renewal? Should we expect further Interview delays?

My wife is petitioning for me. The case is with NVC, our last update was a Tax documents that NVC requested. We uploaded the document but forgot to press on submit (After you upload a document on NVC portal you need to press on submit documents in order to submit it). We lost three month in NVC processing timeline before we actually press on submit documents. NVC portal only show the dates the documents were uploaded even after we submitted them. We emailed our senator office for help to request NVC to review our documents. We thought since the documents were uploaded on time and NVC portal only show the date uploaded. We would have got our documents reviewed.

So our senator office responds requesting for a medical documentation, or deployment papers, or statement of hardship, or statement of threat, basically a document that would create a need for expedite. Our daughter is now 11 weeks old and my wife will have to resume with work in one month. Can we file an expedite request for emotional and financial hardship? Any advise will help!
